1. Essential Booking Information (Must Read)
Schedule Flexibility: Skydiving is highly weather-dependent. Please allow a 4-hour buffer for your session. Ensure sufficient time is cleared if you have connecting flights or other time-sensitive plans.
Transfer Service Policy: Transfers run once per day. As the shuttle operates on a “depart together, return together” basis, you must set aside a full day for this activity. Do not book departing flights earlier than 20:00.
Pre-Departure Confirmation: The operator requires all participants to call 1300 663 634 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST) one day prior to the jump to reconfirm the final itinerary.
2. Itinerary Overview
Check-in & Registration: Complete APF membership registration, fill out medical/liability forms, and undergo a weight check.
Safety Training: Watch an instructional video (Chinese subtitles available) and receive a briefing on jump procedures.
The Ascent: Gear up and undergo a final safety check before boarding the aircraft to reach jump altitude.
Freefall Moment: Tandem jump with your expert instructor for an exhilarating 60-second freefall.
Landing: Celebrate a smooth landing and receive your commemorative Skydive Certificate.

Booking Confirmation: Upon success, an Electronic Voucher will be sent to your email. Please present either a digital or printed copy upon arrival.
Mandatory Reconfirmation:
The operator requires you to call 1300 663 634 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST) one day before your jump to reconfirm your itinerary.
Option A: Self-Drive:
Location: Skydive the Beach Sydney, Stuart Park, George Hanley Dr., Wollongong NSW 2500.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in.
Option B: With Transfers:
Pick-up Point: In front of Ultimate Travel – 806 George St, Sydney.
Pick-up Time: 7:00 AM (Note: Changes to 06:00 AM effective June 1, 2025).
Instructions: Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Look for the shuttle with “Australia Skydive” branding. Do not board the wrong bus.
Time Commitment: Passengers using transfers must allow for a full day, as the bus returns only after all participants have completed their jumps.
Communication & Weather Alerts:
Keep your phone and email active. You must check your email and SMS the day before departure for any last-minute updates regarding time or location changes.

Minimum Age: Legal minimum age is 16 years old.
Minors (16-18): Must be accompanied by a legal guardian and provide written consent.
Seniors: No maximum age limit, but fitness assessment or a medical certificate may be required for older participants.
Requirement: Any passenger over 94 kg must notify the booking team in writing in advance.
Surcharges:
94 kg – 104 kg: AUD$55
105 kg – 114 kg: AUD$80
115 kg & above: AUD$105 (Subject to on-site Safety Officer assessment).
Medical Conditions: Not recommended for those with recent surgeries, heart disease, epilepsy, or pregnancy. Sinus or ear issues (cold/flu) can cause complications due to pressure changes.
Substance Restrictions:
No scuba diving within 24 hours before the jump.
No alcohol, smoking, or recreational drugs within 8 hours before the jump.
Electronic Devices: For safety reasons, no personal cameras or phones are allowed on the aircraft or during the jump.
Footwear: Fully enclosed shoes (sneakers/runners) are mandatory. No hiking boots or high heels.
Cold Weather: It is extremely cold at 15,000ft. We recommend bringing a fleece/jumper, long pants, and gloves.
Loose Items: Please remove dentures, braces, or loose jewelry. Prescription glasses/contacts are allowed (goggles will be provided).
Weather Policy: Jumps are weather-dependent. If cancelled due to rain or wind, you can reschedule within 12 months. Refunds are available only if you are leaving the region and cannot reschedule.
Insurance: The fee includes Personal Accident Insurance with coverage up to AUD$50,000.
8 Days or more before departure: 100% full refund is available for cancellations.

Agency Status: We act solely as a booking agent. The service providers (attractions, hotels, transport companies, etc.) are directly responsible for the quality, service, and safety of their products. We are not liable for any safety-related issues.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. In case of accidents without insurance, our role is limited to providing assistance; we do not accept liability for any claims.
Provider Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled due to provider-side reasons, we will refund the full amount of the booking. No additional compensation will be provided.
Force Majeure & Modifications: For marine or aerial products, providers reserve the right to alter itineraries, schedules, or cancel trips due to weather or safety concerns. We are not responsible for any additional losses or expenses incurred as a result.
