Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, an e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please present either a digital or printed version of the voucher to join the activity.
With Transfers: For packages including hotel pick-up, please arrive at the designated location listed on your voucher 5-10 minutes early. The driver will not call you personally; please ensure you are on time.
Self-Check-in: If your package does not include transfers, please arrive at Hamilton Island Marina at least 30 minutes prior to departure and present your voucher.

[Please Note] In the event that the flight portion of the itinerary is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather) and is replaced by a cruise-only (Cruise/Cruise) itinerary, the cost will be charged at the cruise operator’s standard retail rate. Only the remaining price difference will be refunded.
Booking & Itinerary: We act as a booking agent; service quality and safety are the direct responsibility of the providers. Itineraries may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain). Sightings of wildlife are not guaranteed. No refunds for no-shows or personal reasons.
Helicopter & Weight Restrictions: Not recommended for infants aged 0-2. Strict weight limits apply: Extra fees (equivalent to 1-2 persons) apply if an individual exceeds 110kg or a duo exceeds 180kg. Maximum individual weight is 130kg. Carry-on luggage is limited to 5kg.
Safety & Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended as we are not liable for accidents or property loss. Guests with medical conditions (heart disease, hypertension, etc.) should participate at their own discretion. Please take motion sickness medication in advance if needed.
On-site Information: Please wear swimwear in advance and bring credit cards/cash and drinking water. No Wi-Fi on the platform. If the flight portion is cancelled due to special reasons and replaced by a cruise, only the price difference based on retail rates will be refunded.
Important Reminders: On the return journey, please ensure you disembark at Hamilton Island as notified. Please read the confirmation voucher carefully; completing the booking implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
