Age and Ticket Rules
Child fare: 4-14 years old; Adult fare: 15+ years old.
Each adult may bring one infant (0-3 years) free of charge.
Minimum age for diving is 12 years old.
Insurance and Liability
Insurance: This product excludes insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing overseas travel insurance before departure.
Agency Role: We act as an agent; suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.) are directly responsible for service quality and safety.

Travel Preparation and Safety
Preparation: Carry cash/cards; take motion sickness meds if needed; wear swimsuits in advance.
Environment: Do not touch coral reefs. No Wi-Fi on the platform.
Health Safety: Evaluate your physical fitness before high-risk activities (diving, swimming, etc.). Those with heart disease, hypertension, or flu should proceed with caution or seek medical advice.
Itinerary Changes and Refunds
Modifications: We reserve the right to alter or cancel trips due to weather or traffic. If a supplier cancels, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
No Refunds: No refunds for “no-shows,” early trip conclusions due to weather, or failure to spot wildlife.
Complaints: Contact our Chinese service hotline immediately during the trip for any issues. Claims made after the trip concludes will not be entertained.

A confirmation letter will be sent upon booking. Please verify all details (dates, flight times, ages). Completing a booking signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
