🕒 Schedule & Logistics (From Airlie Beach)
Departure: 08:00 AM (Please arrive at least 30 mins early for check-in).
Return: Approx. 06:10 PM back at the marina.
Timing: Approx. 3 hours travel each way. Reach the reef at 11:00 AM and depart at 03:00 PM.
Port Policy: You must disembark at the same port you departed from (Port of Airlie).

Scuba Diving Ratios: * Introductory Dive: 1 Instructor to 2 Guests.

Luggage & Transfers
Luggage: Suitcases are not allowed on the vessel. Storage is available at the Port of Airlie terminal office for approx. AUD $10.
Hotel Transfers (Add-on): Must be booked at least 2 days in advance. The drop-off location must match your pick-up point. For assistance, the info desk is open until 07:00 PM.

1. Pricing & Age Policy
Adult/Child: Adults (15+ years); Children (4-14 years incl.).
Infants: 0-3 years free of charge (1 infant per adult).
Diving: Minimum age for Scuba Diving is 12 years.
2. Check-in & Departure (Port of Airlie)
Departure: 08:00 AM sharp.
Check-in: Arrive at the Cruise Whitsundays office at least 30 minutes prior with your e-voucher. No-shows or late arrivals are 100% non-refundable.
3. Hotel Transfers (Optional Add-on)
Policy: Pick-up and drop-off must be the same location. Book at least 2 days in advance.
Late Shuttle: If the shuttle is delayed, call +61 7 4846 7000 (Heart of Reef Shuttles) immediately with your confirmation number.
Note: Missed shuttles due to personal reasons are non-refundable. Service desk closes at 07:00 PM.
4. Onboard & Safety Tips
Facilities: Changing rooms available on the pontoon. Cards/cash recommended for optional activities.
Health: Take sea-sickness medication if needed. Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or under the influence of alcohol should participate with caution.
Wild Life: Sightings of wild marine life are common but not guaranteed.
5. Important Terms & Disclaimers
Weather: Tours operate in rain/wind unless safety is compromised. Cancellations due to personal preference incur standard fees.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not included and highly recommended.
Liability: As an agent, we are not responsible for supplier service quality, injuries, loss of life, or personal property damage.
Assistance: Contact our local Chinese support hotline immediately for any on-site issues. Claims made after the tour concludes will not be eligible for compensation.
