Resort Pick-up: Approximately 1 hour before sunrise (please check your booking confirmation for the exact departure time).
Transportation & Duration: Travel in a comfortable air-conditioned coach; total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.
Footwear: Sturdy and comfortable walking or hiking shoes are recommended.
Sun Protection: Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a wide-brimmed hat.
Hydration: Please carry at least 1 liter of drinking water.
Clothing: A warm jacket is essential (desert temperatures drop significantly at night and dawn).
Gear: Don’t forget your camera for the spectacular views.
Fitness Level:
Beginner Friendly: This tour follows the gentle Kuniya trail. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and guests are welcome to return to the coach to rest at any time.
A 15% administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations or amendments made after booking confirmation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
Important Note: To cancel outside of this 7-day window, you must contact us via email no later than 2 working days prior to departure, based on your tour’s local departure time zone.
If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed within 7–28 business days.
A cancellation request is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us during our business operating hours.
