Weather & Cancellation Policy: * Full refunds will be provided if the tour is canceled due to poor weather (e.g., cloud cover).
No refunds for guest cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
Climate Advisory: Temperatures drop significantly at night in the desert. Please dress in warm layers.

If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed within 7–28 business days.
A cancellation request is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us during our business operating hours.
