2. Packages & Pricing (July 2025 – March 2026)

Camel Express ($92/pp):
- The Ride: Includes a 45-minute camel train experience.
- Schedule: Departs at 10:30 AM or 14:00 PM (Available Apr to Oct only).
Sunrise Experience ($159/pp):
- Morning Wonder: ~2.5h total (incl. 60-min ride). Departs 1h before sunrise to witness the first light on Uluru.
- Bush Breakfast: Return to the farm for freshly baked damper (beer bread), authentic bush foods, and delicious snacks.
Sunset Experience ($159/pp):
- Evening Charm: ~2.5h total (incl. 60-min ride). Departs 1.5h before sunset to capture the changing desert colors.
- Outback Refreshments: Enjoy Australian beer, wine, or champagne paired with fresh-baked beer bread and traditional outback snacks after your ride.

Hotel Transfers: Complimentary return hotel transfers to the camel farm are included.
Meeting Points: Specific pickup locations and times vary by hotel; some may require walking to a nearby designated point. Please refer to your e-voucher for details.
Boarding: Please arrive at the designated pickup point ahead of the time stated on your voucher to ensure a smooth departure.

Transfers: Complimentary return hotel transfers are provided. Due to parking restrictions at some hotels, a nearby pickup point may be assigned. Please refer to your e-voucher for exact timing and location.
Age Policy: Minimum age is 5 years old; adult pricing applies to children.
Riding Arrangement: Two people per camel. To ensure safety, guests weighing over 100kg must inform us in advance for special arrangements.
Safety Standards: Guests must follow the cameleers’ instructions at all times to ensure safety, comfort, and the welfare of the camels.
What to Bring: Recommended to wear sturdy flat shoes and bring bottled water, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera.

A 15% administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations or amendments made after booking confirmation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
Important Note: To cancel outside of this 7-day window, you must contact us via email no later than 2 working days prior to departure, based on your tour’s local departure time zone.
If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed within 7–28 business days.
A cancellation request is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us during our business operating hours.
Get Travel adheres to the cancellation policies set by each Tour Supplier and only charges cancellation fees where required by the supplier.
Get Travel does not impose any additional cancellation charges.
The Tour Supplier reserves the right to the final interpretation of the cancellation policy for this itinerary.

If the departure date, price, and itinerary details match the information on the website at the time of booking, the Customer Service team will immediately confirm the order. In this case, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the departure date, price, or itinerary details do not match the website information, the Customer Service team will offer suitable alternative options.
Should you choose not to proceed with the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
