🗓️ Day 2: Uluru Sunrise + Cultural Walks + Cultural Centre

🗓️ Day 3: Free Time & Airport Transfer

Departure: Check out by 10:00 AM. Your guide will provide a transfer to Ayers Rock Airport based on your flight schedule.

Arrival, Meeting Instructions & Flight Tips
Flight Timing Recommendations:
Day 1 Arrival: To participate in the scheduled afternoon itinerary, we recommend booking a flight that arrives before 2:00 PM (14:00).
Departure Day: If you wish to join the sunrise tour on your final day, please book a flight departing at 12:00 PM or later.
No SMS Notification: Guests booking multi-day tour packages will not receive SMS notifications. Please proceed directly to the meeting point.
Meeting Point: Upon arrival at Ayers Rock Airport (AYQ), go directly to the Baggage Claim area in the arrivals hall.
Identify Your Guide: Look for our guide holding a sign that reads “Uluru Chinese Tour“.
Itinerary Briefing: Once you have joined the group, your guide will provide a detailed briefing on the upcoming schedule.
Room Allocation: During peak seasons, 4-bed mixed dorms are limited. If 4-bed dorms are full, bookings will automatically switch to 20-bed dorms (Gender-segregated).
Gender Note: Prices for both room types are the same. Please specify the guest’s gender when booking; otherwise, the reservation cannot be completed.
Surcharge Alert: Hotel surcharges may apply on certain dates. Please consult us for the current price before placing your order.
Price Unit: All prices are per person.
Triple Room: Triple room pricing is based on 3 adults sharing one room.
Child Policy: Applicable for children under 15 (no extra bed, sharing with 2 adults). At The Lost Camel (3.5★), children must stay with at least 1 adult.
Essentials: Walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, sun hat, camera, and a warm jacket (for night use).
Water: Minimum 1L; 2L+ required for Kings Canyon Rim Walk.
Fitness: Intermediate. Includes Kuniya Walk and Walpa Gorge; you may return to the bus to rest at any time.
Confirmation: Please read your confirmation slip carefully. No feedback implies acceptance of all terms.
Agency Role: We act as an agent; service providers (hotels, attractions) are responsible for safety and quality.
Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended. Without it, our assistance in emergencies is limited.
Force Majeure: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather or traffic. No extra compensation for cancellations caused by providers.
Personal Responsibility: We are not liable for lost items or missed tours due to personal health or subjective reasons.
Manual Processing: All cancellation and refund requests are processed manually.
14+ Days Prior to Departure: A cancellation fee of $100 AUD per person will be charged.
14 to 7 Days Prior to Departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour fare will be charged.
Within 7 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour fare will be charged; no refunds will be issued.
No-show or Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for no-shows, voluntary early departure from the group, or forgoing any scheduled activities, accommodation, or services during the tour.
