📅 Day 1: Uluru Arrival + Kata Tjuta + Walpa Gorge + Sunset
Afternoon: Kata Tjuta Exploration Airport pick-up and hotel check-in. Head to Kata Tjuta to admire the 36 massive domes. Enjoy a 1-hour hike at Walpa Gorge, exploring ancient history between the two highest peaks.
Evening: Champagne Sunset Head to the viewing area for sparkling wine and snacks while witnessing the unforgettable color changes of Uluru.
🌟 Optional: Stargazing Tour
Identify constellations with a professional guide and get a photo under the Milky Way (1 digital original).
Price: Adult $129 / Child $80.

📅 Day 2: Kings Canyon Day Tour
Morning: Watarrka National Park Trek
Option A: Rim Walk (3.5-4 hrs): Explore steep cliffs and the “Garden of Eden” oasis (Requires hiking shoes; not recommended for high blood pressure/limited mobility).
Option B: Creek Bed Walk (1 hr): An easier, lush walk along the canyon floor.
⚠️ Heat Policy (Nov-Mar): If the temperature reaches 36°C, the North Rim closes. Only the South Rim walk (~2 hrs) remains open.
Afternoon: Lunch at Kings Canyon Resort (at own expense), return with a photo stop for Mt. Conner and the salt lakes.

📅 Day 3: Uluru Sunrise + Kuniya Walk + Rock Base Tour + Departure
Sunrise: Enjoy hot tea, coffee, and snacks while watching the first light hit Uluru.
Cultural Experience: Follow the Kuniya Walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole and ancient rock art. Enjoy a coach tour around the base of Uluru.
Conclusion: Visit the Cultural Centre to learn about Anangu life and art. Check out and transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Arrival, Meeting Instructions & Flight Tips
⚠️ Important Note: Guests booking multi-day tour packages will NOT receive SMS notifications. Please proceed directly to the meeting point upon arrival.
📍 Meeting Point Identification: Upon arrival at Ayers Rock Airport (AYQ), please go directly to the Baggage Claim area in the arrivals hall. Look for our guide holding a sign that reads “Uluru Chinese Tour.”
🎙️ Itinerary Briefing: Once you have joined the group, your guide will provide a detailed briefing on the upcoming travel arrangements.
✈️ Flight Recommendations:
Arrival Flight: Recommended to arrive before 1:40 PM (13:40).
Departure Flight: Recommended to depart after 12:00 PM (noon).
Room Allocation: During peak season, if 4-bed mixed dorms are full, bookings will be switched to 20-bed single-sex dorms. Prices remain the same.
Gender Requirement: Please specify guest gender when booking; otherwise, the reservation cannot be completed.
Group Size: Minimum 4 passengers required to run the tour.
Price Note: Surcharges may apply on certain dates. Triple room rate is per person sharing with 2 other adults.
Difficulty Levels:
Intermediate: Uluru Kuniya Walk & Walpa Gorge (May return to bus to rest if needed).
Intermediate-Advanced: Kings Canyon Rim Walk (Approx. 3 hours).
Low-Intermediate: Kings Canyon Creek Bed Walk (Easier option).
Mandatory Water: At least 1L; 2L+ required for Kings Canyon Rim Walk.
Essentials: Walking shoes, sun protection, camera, and a warm jacket for night use.
Agency Role: We act as a booking agent. Service providers (hotels, attractions, etc.) are directly responsible for safety and quality.
Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended. We are not liable for lost/damaged property or health issues.
Force Majeure: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or provider issues.
Wildlife: No refunds if wildlife is not spotted as they are in their natural habitat.
Agreement: Completing a booking constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Manual Processing: All cancellation and refund requests are processed manually.
14+ Days Prior to Departure: A cancellation fee of $100 AUD per person will be charged.
14 to 7 Days Prior to Departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour fare will be charged.
Within 7 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour fare will be charged; no refunds will be issued.
No-show or Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for no-shows, voluntary early departure from the group, or forgoing any scheduled activities, accommodation, or services during the tour.
