  • Finalization: All bookings are considered final 21 days prior to the tour date.

  • Cancellation: Any cancellations or changes in group size within 21 days will incur a 100% fee.

  • 4+ days before departure: Full Refund.

1. Redemption Process

  • E-Voucher: Upon successful booking, please check your email and verify the details on your voucher.

  • Arrival Time: Ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time stated on your voucher.

  • Redemption Point: Proceed to the Welcome Centre located on the Lower Concourse of the Sydney Opera House.

  • Check-in Desk: Please check in at the Trade Desk (next to the Welcome Centre) to exchange your voucher for a ticket and wait for your guide.

2. Temporary Meeting Point Adjustment (Dec 16, 2025 – Mar 3, 2026)

During this period, the departure logistics have been modified. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Check-in: Complete your registration at the Visitor Centre on the Lower Concourse first.

  2. Assembly: Take the escalator up to the Main Foyer departure level.

    • 1-Hour Mandarin Tour: Please wait at Meeting Point 9.

    • 30-Minute Mandarin Tour: Please wait at Meeting Point 8.

3. Cloaking & Storage

  • A cloaking service for bags is available at the Box Office.

  • Important: Please keep all valuables with you; do not leave them in stored bags.

  • Child: Ages 5-15 (inclusive).

  • Infant: Ages 0-4 (Free of charge).

    • Limit: 1 free infant per paying adult.

    • Important: Please carry proof of the infant’s age (a digital photo on your phone is sufficient) for verification at the entrance.

    • Guests with limited mobility or requiring accessible facilities must notify us in advance and book an Accessible Tour.

    • Failure to provide prior notice will result in inability to join the tour. Affected guests may wait in our air-conditioned lounge (with lift access), visit nearby cafes (e.g., Opera Bar, House Canteen), or explore the gift shop.

    • Note: No refunds will be issued for guests unable to participate due to undisclosed mobility requirements.

  • 👟 Footwear: The tour involves climbing over 200 steps. Comfortable walking shoes are essential.

  • ⏰ Punctuality: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be able to join and will be responsible for the loss.

  • 📸 Photography: Video recording is strictly prohibited in all areas. Photography is permitted except in designated “no-photo” zones as advised by your guide.

  • 🎭 Venue Access: As a working venue, live performances may restrict access to certain halls. Afternoon tours are more likely to be affected; access is subject to the supplier’s daily schedule.

    • Finalization: All bookings (including group size) are finalized 21 days before the departure date.

    • Late Cancellation: Cancellations or changes after this deadline will incur a 100% fee.

    • New Bookings: New requests within 21 days are subject to availability and are deemed final and non-refundable upon confirmation.

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 4 days or more before departure.

    • Non-refundable: Cancellations made within 0-3 days of departure incur a 100% fee.

2. Disclaimer & Important Notices

  • Acknowledgment: Upon successful booking, please review your confirmation voucher carefully. No feedback will be deemed as full acceptance of all terms listed on the voucher.

  • Agency Status: We act solely as an intermediary booking agent.

  • Safety & Insurance: Suppliers (venues, hotels, transport) are directly responsible for quality and safety. Travel insurance is highly recommended. In the event of an accident without insurance, we can only provide basic assistance.

  • Force Majeure: If a booking is cancelled by the supplier, we will provide a full refund of the booking cost but are not liable for additional compensation. We will assist in coordinating with the supplier for a resolution.
