One of our travel consultants will get in touch to understand your travel plans and preferences. Based on your needs, we’ll prepare a customised itinerary and provide a detailed quote for your review.
Step 2: Confirmation and Review
Once you’re happy to proceed and the deposit has been paid, your dedicated Get Travel consultant will finalise a detailed itinerary, including vehicle availability, route suggestions and timing. If any changes are needed, we’ll make adjustments and confirm details with your guide if required. We’ll also double-check your flight and accommodation bookings to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
Step 3: Pre-Departure Check
Before you set off, your Get Travel consultant will reconfirm that all attractions and services are running as planned. Upon your arrival, we’ll continue to monitor and adjust your itinerary where needed, ensuring a smooth, flexible and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.

| Install the rear luggage configuration | A luggage cart is an additional device that is towed behind the bus. For example, if 10 guests rent a 14-seater bus with a driver, guide, and bus, there will be 11 guests in total with 10 pieces of medium to large luggage. | Safe child safety seats | Australian law requires all children under 7 years old to use a child safety seat when traveling in a vehicle with 8 seats or fewer. Airbnb and other short-stay options are becoming increasingly popular. Guests are welcome to book their own accommodation and share the address with us so we can arrange transfers accordingly.

There is no refund if the trip is cancelled after booking.
Note: Get Travel follows the cancellation policy set by each tour operator. We only apply cancellation fees when required by the operator. Get Travel does not charge any additional cancellation fees of its own.
