Reference Itinerary:
1. Arrival & Registration: Arrive at the center and complete APF registration (online beforehand is recommended).
2. Professional Prep: Weight check, forms, and a safety briefing with your expert instructor.
3. Scenic Flight: Gear up and enjoy a 20-minute flight with breathtaking views over Melbourne.
4. The Leap: Exit the aircraft at altitude for an exhilarating 60-second freefall.
5. Canopy Glide: Once the parachute opens, enjoy 5-7 minutes of serene floating under the canopy.
6. Achievement: Land safely and receive your commemorative skydiving certificate.
Duration Notice: Typically takes 3-4 hours, but can take a full day due to weather or air traffic control. Please keep your schedule flexible.

Check-in Information: Please proceed to the meeting point at 25A First Avenue, Moorabbin Airport, VIC 3194 and arrive at least 10 minutes early.
Mandatory Reconfirmation: All participants are required to call 1300 663 634 between 9:00 – 17:00 (Sydney Time) the day before your jump to reconfirm the itinerary.

Age Requirements: Minimum age is 16. Those aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a guardian and provide written consent. No maximum age limit.
Weight Surcharges: Notify us if you are over 94kg. On-site fees apply: 94-104kg ($55), 105-114kg ($80), 115kg+ ($105). Prices subject to change without notice.
Medical Conditions: Pregnant women are strictly prohibited. Not recommended for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or prosthetics. Cold/flu symptoms or sinus issues can lead to health complications.
Disabilities: A medical certificate is required, and our Chief Instructor will perform a final on-site safety assessment.
Substance Policy: No scuba diving within 24 hours. No alcohol, smoking, or recreational drugs 8 hours prior. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund for suspected intoxication.
Dress Code: Must wear fully enclosed shoes (running/sports shoes). No hiking boots or heels. Wear loose, casual clothes. Due to COVID-19, shared clothing is not provided; bring your own warm layers for high altitudes.
Electronic Devices: No personal cameras, phones, or video equipment are allowed on the plane or during the jump. We are not responsible for lost personal items (e.g., glasses, clothing).
Weather Policy: Jumps are weather-dependent. Call 24 hours prior to confirm. If cancelled by weather, you can reschedule within 12 months. Refunds are available if you are leaving the state/country and cannot rebook.
In-flight & Landing: It is recommended to remove dentures. Goggles are provided for glasses/contacts wearers. It is normal to feel nervous—please inform your instructor for support.
Safety & Insurance: Personal accident insurance (up to $50,000 AUD) is included. In the rare event of a main parachute failure, your instructor will deploy the reserve parachute. Aircraft capacity is 5-9 tandem pairs.
Cancellation 0-7 days before departure: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (100% loss).
Cancellation 8 days or more before departure: Full refund (0% loss).
Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent to your email containing essential details and participation notices. Please read it carefully. In the absence of feedback, it is assumed that you have read and acknowledged all information provided.
Agency Role: We operate solely as an intermediary agency responsible for booking travel products on behalf of travelers.
Insurance Recommendation: We strongly advise travelers to purchase travel insurance. Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies, etc.) are directly responsible for the quality, service, and safety of their products. We are not liable for any safety issues related to the booked products.
Accident Handling: In the event of an accident where no insurance was purchased, we will provide assistance only.
Forced Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled due to the supplier’s reasons, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount but will not offer additional compensation.
Mediation: We will make every effort to assist travelers in communicating and negotiating solutions with the suppliers.
Special Terms for Marine Products: For marine-based products (including but not limited to cruises and whale watching), suppliers reserve the right to arrange alternative vessels or modify itineraries, schedules, routes, and/or destinations. Suppliers reserve the right to cancel or abandon a voyage for weather or safety reasons. We are not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by passengers due to such substitutions or cancellations.
