07:30 AM | Chinatown Departure: Head towards Port Stephens.
11:00 AM | Anna Bay Sandboarding (Self-pay): Experience unlimited climbing and sliding on the dunes.
12:00 PM | Western Lunch (Included): Taste authentic Western cuisine at the wharf.
01:30 PM | Dolphin Watching Cruise (Included): Search for dolphins and enjoy the scenery of Nelson Bay.
03:00 PM | Return Journey: Depart Port Stephens for Sydney.
06:00 PM | Arrive in Chinatown: End of tour.
Pick-up Location 1: 07:30 AM — 68 Harbour Street, Haymarket (Furama Hotel Sydney CBD).
Pick-up Location 2: 08:00 AM — Chatswood RSL CLUB.
Punctuality: Please arrive 10-20 minutes before the meeting time. Late arrivals resulting in a missed tour will not be eligible for a refund, and all consequences are the responsibility of the traveler.
Stop Restrictions: Please select your pick-up point by region when booking. The supplier reserves the right to refuse service if you are not at your scheduled location.
Lunch Pre-order: Includes Western lunch (Options: Fish & Chips, Cheeseburger, Pasta). If no choice is provided 3 days before departure, Fish & Chips will be pre-ordered by default.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation/rescheduling more than 3 days before departure; 100% tour fee charged for cancellations within 3 days (including the 3rd day). This also applies to changes due to personal health or private reasons.
Preparation: Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket.
Water Activities: Guests planning to use the boom net for swimming during the cruise must bring their own swimsuit and towel.
Force Majeure: Our agency reserves the right of final interpretation for itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations due to weather, traffic, strikes, or accidents.
Insurance: Travel insurance is recommended. Children are defined as those aged 4-14 years.
Free Cancellation: Enjoy free changes or cancellations up to 3 days prior to your departure date.
Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 3 days of departure (including the 3rd day), 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Personal Circumstances: Cancellations or no-shows due to personal reasons (e.g., itinerary changes, health issues, etc.) will be processed according to the policy above.
Punctuality & Transportation: No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival. Should you require alternative transportation, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.
