Reconfirmation: You must call 1300 663 634 (9 AM – 5 PM Sydney Time) one day prior to your jump to confirm the schedule.
Check-in: Arrive at the drop zone for APF registration, weigh-in, and paperwork.
Training: Watch the safety briefing (subtitles available) and gear up with professional harnesses.
The Ascent: Enjoy a scenic flight as the aircraft climbs to the jump altitude.
The Jump: Exit the plane with your instructor, followed by a serene canopy flight after the freefall.
Celebration: Land safely and collect your commemorative Skydive Certificate.

Upon successful booking, an e-voucher will be sent to your email. You must check your email or SMS the day before your jump for any schedule updates.

Requirement: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Pick-up Location: In front of Ultimate Travel – 806 George St, NSW 2000
Pick-up Time: 07:00 AM (Note: Effective June 1st, 2025, pick-up time will change to 06:00 AM)

Look for the shuttle with “Australia Skydive” branding to ensure you board the correct bus.

Stay Reachable: Ensure your phone and email are active. As skydiving is weather-dependent, the operator will contact you via SMS/Email regarding cancellations or time shifts. Always refer to the latest message received.
Age: Minimum 16 years old (Legal requirement). Ages 16-18 require parental consent and presence. No upper age limit.
Weight Surcharges (Payable on-site):
94kg – 104kg: AUD$55
105kg – 114kg: AUD$80
115kg & above: AUD$105 (Must notify us in writing in advance).
Medical Conditions: Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions/epilepsy. If you have had recent surgery or have implants, consult a doctor. Cold/flu symptoms or sinus issues may cause complications.
Alcohol & Drugs: Zero consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs 8 hours prior to jumping.
Scuba Diving: No deep-sea diving within 24 hours of your jump.
Smoking: Do not smoke within 8 hours of your jump.
Electronics: No personal cameras, phones, or GoPros are allowed on the plane or during the jump.
Mandatory Call: Call 1300 663 634 24 hours prior to confirm weather conditions.
Cancellations: If canceled due to rain or wind, you can reschedule within 12 months or request a refund if leaving the country.
Time Management: Self-drivers should allow a 4-hour buffer. Transfer passengers must reserve the entire day (Avoid flights before 20:00).
Dress Code: Loose, casual clothing (sports gear/jeans). Fully enclosed shoes (runners/sneakers) are mandatory. No hiking boots or heels. It’s cold at 15,000ft—bring a sweater!
Glasses/Contacts: Yes, you can wear them! We provide goggles that fit over glasses. Inform your instructor if wearing contacts.
Loose Items: Remove dentures, braces, and empty your pockets before the jump.
Insurance: Personal accident insurance is included (up to AUD$50,000 coverage).
8 Days or More Prior to Departure: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
0 – 7 Days Prior to Departure: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, an e-voucher will be sent to your email. It is your responsibility to read all instructions. Lack of feedback will be deemed as full acceptance of all terms listed.
Agency Role: We act solely as a booking agent. The quality, service, and safety of the travel products are the direct responsibility of the respective suppliers (skydiving operators, hotels, transport providers).
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for safety incidents; in the event of an uninsured accident, we will only provide assistance in communication.
Supplier Changes: Suppliers reserve the right to alter itineraries, schedules, or cancel activities due to weather or safety concerns.
Limitation of Liability: If a booking is cancelled by the supplier, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued. However, no additional compensation will be provided.
