17:45 | Wild Dolphin Feeding
Following a safety briefing, hand-feed the wild dolphins under expert supervision. Note: Strict “no-touch” policy applies. Subject to weather, tides, and dolphin behavior.
19:00 | Return Journey: Board the ferry back to Brisbane.
20:15 | Arrival in Brisbane.

Boarding Requirement: Please arrive at the terminal 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to check in and exchange your voucher for ferry tickets and activity passes.
Voucher Check: Upon successful booking, please check your email for the electronic confirmation voucher.
On-Island Schedule: Upon arrival at Tangalooma, island staff will notify you of the specific times and locations for your activities.
Inquiries: For any questions during your trip, please visit the Tour Desk on the island for assistance.
Wait Time: If you have booked a transfer service, please be at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes early.

Age Categories: Children 3-14 years (inclusive) eligible for child pricing; 15 years and above charged as adults.
Infant Policy: One infant (0-2 years) per paid adult free of charge (no seat).
Activity Restrictions: Minimum 6 years for Shipwreck Snorkeling; minimum 10 years for ATV Quad Biking.
Ferry Times: Departure at 07:30 or 10:00; Return approx. 19:00 (subject to dolphin feeding end time).
Parking: Available at Holt Street Wharf for approx. AUD 20/day (subject to on-site pricing).
Luggage: Must be checked at the wharf using tags provided. Limit: One suitcase (<20kg) per person.
ATV Quad Biking:
No license required for solo riders. Tandem drivers must possess a valid original driver’s license and a translation.
Children (10-15 years) require parental supervision and a signed consent form to ride solo.
Whale Watching & Shows: Whale watching may be replaced or partially refunded if cancelled due to weather. Eco Ranger shows are subject to availability.
Service: Chinese-speaking staff are not guaranteed on the tour date.
Dolphin Feeding: Touching is strictly prohibited. While there is a 99% sighting rate, wildlife appearances are not 100% guaranteed.
Operational Notes: Feeding sessions are subject to weather, tides, and safety regulations. If cancelled, staff will provide adjustments; no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation 0–3 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Cancellation 4 days or more before departure: Full refund (0% loss).
Confirmation Voucher: Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent with essential notes. Failure to provide feedback will be deemed as having read and accepted all terms.
Agency Role: We act solely as an intermediary booking agent. Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies) are directly responsible for service quality and safety.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If an accident occurs without insurance, we will only provide basic assistance.
Supplier Cancellations: If a booking is forced to cancel due to the supplier, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
Hotel Check-in: Australian hotels generally have check-in times between 13:00 and 15:00. Early check-in is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees payable directly to the hotel.
Information Accuracy: Travelers are responsible for providing correct flight details, dates, and ages. Please notify us immediately of any changes.
Personal Property: We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
Health & Risk: Travelers must assess their own physical condition. Participation in high-risk activities (e.g., skydiving, diving) is at your own risk. Booking signifies acceptance of all inherent risks and waives our liability.
Wildlife: Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as they are in their natural habitat. No refunds will be issued for not seeing wildlife.
Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tour durations are approximate.
No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided if travelers miss the tour due to personal reasons.
