The Australian summer is beautiful but the UV radiation is extremely high. Additionally, Melbourne is famous for its unpredictable weather. To stay comfortable, please prepare the following:
- Sun Safety: We recommend light-coloured, lightweight clothing. Please bring a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and apply high-factor SPF 50+ sunscreen regularly.
- Comfortable Footwear: Please wear supportive walking shoes or sneakers. We also recommend avoiding overexertion during the heat of the day.
- Layer Up for Melbourne: Known for “four seasons in one day,” Melbourne’s temperatures can drop significantly after sunset. Please bring a windbreaker or a warm jacket just in case.
- A 15% administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations or amendments made after booking confirmation.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
- Important Note: To cancel outside of this 7-day window, you must contact us via email no later than 2 working days prior to departure, based on your tour’s local departure time zone.
- If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed within 7–28 business days.
- A cancellation request is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us during our business operating hours.
- Get Travel adheres to the cancellation policies set by each Tour Supplier and only charges cancellation fees where required by the supplier.
- Get Travel does not impose any additional cancellation charges.
- The Tour Supplier reserves the right to the final interpretation of the cancellation policy for this itinerary.

- If the departure date, price, and itinerary details match the information on the website at the time of booking, the Customer Service team will immediately confirm the order. In this case, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the departure date, price, or itinerary details do not match the website information, the Customer Service team will offer suitable alternative options.
Should you choose not to proceed with the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
