Tour Bus

Full-day tour, 10 people per group, maximum 50 people — 7:30am to 7:30pm (exact times subject to tour guide notification).

Departure approximately 7:30am (winter time) or 8:30am (summer time) for the Great Ocean Road. The Great Ocean Road is a scenic route in Victoria, Australia, located west of Melbourne. Built along cliffs in memory of the soldiers who participated in World War I, it stretches approximately 276 kilometers and is considered one of the world’s most beautiful coastal drives.

Arrive in Colac around 9:45am — short break (approximately 15 minutes).

Arrive at the Twelve Apostles around 11:00am — visit the iconic landmark and take photos. Optional helicopter ride available ($165 per adult, at own expense). (Approx. 50 minutes)

Arrive at Loch Ard Gorge at approximately 11:55am — admire the stunning coastal gorge carved by the sea. (Approx. 30 minutes)

Things to Note

  • The prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) (all taxes are included).
  • The maximum number of people allowed in a group is 50, but the actual departure size depends on the number of participants on the day, usually between 37 and 45 passengers.
  • Please note that the order of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on the weather, tour guide arrangements, vehicle conditions, and road traffic.
  • Child seats: Depending on vehicle availability, children under 1.45 meters are required to use a child seat. According to Victorian law, minibuses do not require child seats. If required, a fee of $10 per seat per day will apply. A complimentary child seat will be provided for airport pickup and drop-off. Additional seats will be charged $10 per seat per day.
  • Warm reminder: In winter, please bring warm clothing to the island, including woolen hats, gloves, scarves, and rain gear in case of rain.
  • Before 8:00 PM the night before departure, the driver will contact you via text message to confirm the exact departure time and address. If you do not receive the text message, please contact the emergency contact number. To protect the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the departure location 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered forfeiture, and the tour fee will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • Tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through the tour guide. Round-trip transportation to the attractions is included. If purchased independently, an additional $30 per person per day transportation fee will apply. Prices are subject to change, and guests are responsible for paying the actual price.
  • If you choose to leave the group, please inform the travel agency in advance when registering.
  • No food or drinks (except bottled water) are allowed on the tour bus. Hot food is prohibited. If personal reasons cause a hygiene issue on the bus, a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
  • Tickets for attractions must be purchased through the tour guide (you cannot pre-order them yourself, as attendance numbers determine the arrangements). Optional activities are not guaranteed.
  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages caused by itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations due to mechanical failures, weather, or third-party incidents.
  • The travel agency reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace any part of the itinerary, and to shorten or extend the trip as needed.
  • If roads or attractions are closed due to public holidays, preventing smooth travel, the agency reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary.
  • The travel agency will not compensate for losses related to airfare, hotels, or other arrangements caused by airline cancellations or delays. Guests must inform the driver of any flight changes; waiting more than 30 minutes at the airport will be considered forfeiture of the trip.
  • The travel agency reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary before or after departure due to insufficient numbers (below the minimum group size) or weather conditions.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations or changes after booking will incur a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of booking are non-refundable.Note: If you need to cancel outside of this timeframe, please email us at least 2 business days in advance, based on your departure time zone.If successful, a refund will be issued within 7–28 business days.

Cancellation notifications must be received and responded to during our business hours.

Note: GET TRAVEL will apply the tour operator’s cancellation policy. We will only charge cancellation fees if the tour operator requires them (GET TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees).

The tour operator reserves the right of final interpretation regarding the cancellation policy for this tour.

If you have paid a partial deposit for your tour, then:

a. If the departure date, price, and itinerary details match our online reservation, our customer service staff will immediately confirm the details without further notice. The deposit will not be refunded at this time.

b. If the departure date, price, and itinerary details do not match our online reservation, our customer service staff will offer you alternative options. If you disagree, your deposit will be fully refunded.
