Punctuality: Please arrive 10-20 minutes early. No refunds will be issued for those who miss the tour due to late arrival.
Cruise Upgrade: During the whale watching season (May to November), the dolphin cruise will be upgraded to a 2-hour whale watching cruise for free.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation/changes for requests made more than 3 days before departure. A 100% fee applies for cancellations within 3 days (including the departure date).
Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers purchase their own travel insurance for protection.
Force Majeure: Our agency reserves the right of final interpretation for any itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations caused by vehicle breakdown, strikes, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
Free Cancellation: Enjoy free changes or cancellations up to 3 days prior to your departure date.
Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 3 days of departure (including the 3rd day), 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Personal Circumstances: Cancellations or no-shows due to personal reasons (e.g., itinerary changes, health issues, etc.) will be processed according to the policy above.
Punctuality & Transportation: No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival. Should you require alternative transportation, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.
