🎈 Itinerary (Self-Drive)
Before Dawn: Arrive at the meeting point before sunrise for a briefing and complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits.
Interactive Preparation: Head to the launch site. Take photos and participate in the unique experience of inflating the balloon.
Sunrise Flight: A 45-60 minute flight drifting over misty valleys and spectacular sunrise views.
Landing & Celebration: Help with deflating the balloon after landing. For breakfast packages, return to the winery for a Champagne Breakfast.
Total Duration: As an adventure activity, times may vary, but the total experience lasts approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours.
🚌 Sydney Departure (With Hotel Transfers)
02:30 AM: Pickup from selected hotels (Rydges World Square / Holiday Inn Darling Harbour / Intercontinental).
05:00 AM: Meet the pilot and crew at Petersons House.
06:30 AM: Enjoy a 1-hour sunrise hot air balloon flight.
08:00 AM: Gourmet Champagne Breakfast at Peterson House.
09:00 AM: Return trip to Sydney.

Exact pickup times are confirmed the day before.
Minimum 6 passengers required. Full refunds are provided if cancelled due to weather or low numbers.

📍 Meeting & Confirmation Instructions
Mandatory Reconfirmation:
You must call 02 4990 9242 the day before travel to confirm the exact meeting time (English communication required).
Office Hours: 09:00 – 16:00 local time (Closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
Meeting Point & Arrival:
Location: Peterson’s Champagne House (Corner of Broke Rd & Wine Country Dr, Pokolbin).
Recommendation: Consider staying in Cessnock the night before; it is only a 15-minute drive to the meeting point.
Self-Drive: Arrive at least 30 minutes early with your printed or digital confirmation voucher.
With Transfers: Arrive at your designated pickup point at least 15 minutes early.

👥 Passenger Categories & Restrictions
Age Policy: Child rates apply to ages 7-12; not suitable for children under 7.
Physical Requirements: Children must be over 120cm tall and weigh no more than 50kg.
Health Policy: * No major surgery in the last 6 months; must be able to stand for 1 hour.
Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with serious back or leg injuries.
💡 Important Tips
Flight Confirmation: * Flights are weather-dependent (wind, rain, fog). If cancelled, you may choose a refund or reschedule.
Mandatory: Enable international roaming and contact the provider the day before to confirm the exact meeting time.
Support: * Provider office hours: 09:00-16:00 (Closed weekends). English communication is required.
Contact our customer service if you require language assistance.
Dress Code: * Warning: Burners may drip water mixed with carbon soot; avoid wearing white or light-colored clothing.
Recommended: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe waterproof shoes.

🧾 Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Cancellations Due to Weather:
Non-refundable Option: Reschedule anytime within 36 months; no refunds provided.
Refundable Option: Reschedule anytime within 36 months OR request a refund.
Standard Cancellation (Non-weather related):
0–72 hours before departure: Non-refundable and no cancellations.
72 hours to 7 days before departure: A fee of $25 per person applies.
8+ days before departure: A fee of $25 per booking applies.
Change of Location:
Both Refundable and Non-refundable bookings can be moved to: Hunter Valley, Byron Bay, Mudgee, or Camden Valley.
Service fees may apply depending on the situation.
Booking Amendments:
Any change requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
