Fixed Itinerary: This is a shared tour (carpooling). All arrangements are fixed, and no temporary adjustments are accepted. Sightseeing times are limited as per the itinerary. For flexibility, please book our Private Charter services.
Meeting Requirements: Passengers must arrive punctually at the designated time and location. Late arrivals or no-shows are considered voluntary forfeitures and are non-refundable.
Tour Etiquette: As you are sharing the vehicle, please be considerate and cooperative with other passengers and follow the driver-guide’s instructions.
Pricing: This is a shared day tour product; adults and children are charged at the same price.
Adjustments & Withdrawals: The itinerary may change or be suspended due to weather, strikes, or safety reasons. Guests who voluntarily withdraw mid-tour assume all personal safety risks and extra costs; no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations due to force majeure (weather, traffic, etc.) are not the merchant’s responsibility.
Please review your Electronic Confirmation carefully upon booking. Failure to provide feedback before departure implies acceptance of all terms.
No-shows at the scheduled time/place will incur full charges.
Insurance & Liability:
Travel insurance is highly recommended. As a registered travel service provider/agent, we are only responsible for bookings.
Official attractions and transport providers are directly responsible for service quality and safety. We are not liable for safety incidents.
Missed tours due to personal emergencies (flights, medical, etc.) will incur full charges. If a booking is cancelled by the provider, we will refund the amount upon approval, but no additional compensation will be provided.
Cancellation between 4 and 7 days before the selected date: 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 0 and 3 days before the selected date: No refund.
