Photo ID: Multi-day passes may require a photo to be taken and displayed on the pass. Passes are non-transferable and for personal use only.
Food & Drinks: External food and drinks (including eskies and coolers) are not permitted.
Exceptions: Guests with allergies, infants, and pre-booked educational groups.
Allowed: Fresh fruit and bottled water.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Per Queensland law, no food or drinks can be consumed in these areas.
Movie World / Sea World: Coin-operated lockers available; large lockers range from $12.00 to $20.00 AUD.
Wet’n’Wild: Electronic lockers available. Standard size is $12.00 AUD (unlimited daily use); large luggage lockers are $20.00 AUD.
Paradise Country: Accessible parking, restrooms, and free wheelchair hire (ID required). Wheelchairs are limited; pre-booking is recommended.
Safety Protocols: Staff reserve the right to refuse koala holding/touching if:
Instructions from the keeper are not followed.
Either the guest or the koala is deemed unfit.
The guest shows fear or makes sudden movements.
There are health or safety risks.
The guest cannot hold the koala independently without assistance.
Modification: If holding/touching is not possible, an alternative photo format will be provided; no refunds will be issued.
Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, a Confirmation Voucher will be sent. It contains essential information regarding precautions and requirements. Please read it carefully. Silence will be interpreted as having read and acknowledged all information therein.
Agency Status: We act solely as a booking agent to facilitate reservations for travel products on behalf of the customer.
Insurance Advice: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Liability Limitation:
The respective suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies, etc.) are directly responsible for the quality, service, and safety of the products.
We are not liable for any safety issues related to the booked products.
In case of emergencies where no insurance was purchased, we will provide assistance only.
Forced Cancellations: If a booking is forced to be canceled due to the supplier’s reasons, we will provide a full refund for the affected booking, but no additional compensation will be offered.
Dispute Resolution: We will endeavor to assist customers in communicating and negotiating solutions with the suppliers.
