【Itinerary Overview】
Pre-dawn Pickup: Early morning departure (approx. 3:50 – 4:30 AM) via air-conditioned coach from Gold Coast hotels to the launch site.
The Flight: Enjoy a breathtaking flight, followed by an optional fun balloon pack-up activity after landing.
Champagne Breakfast: A short drive to O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyard to relax and enjoy a fresh breakfast in a picturesque, historic setting.
Return Journey: The experience concludes between 9:45 – 10:30 AM. Transfers back to hotels, theme parks, or shopping centers are available.

Pickup Range: Includes major hotels in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, etc. For Airbnbs or private residences, a nearby meeting point will be assigned. Self-drivers can meet at Nerang or Canungra.
Reconfirmation: You must visit the official website one day prior to reconfirm your exact pickup time using your name and booking ID.
Weather Policy: All bookings are weather-dependent. In case of poor conditions, your flight will be rescheduled.

【Transfer & Meeting Details】
Transfer Areas: Covers major hotels in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach, and Southport. Guests at Airbnbs or private residences will be assigned a nearby meeting point.
Reference Times: Pickup is generally between 3:50 AM and 4:30 AM. The experience (including breakfast) ends around 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM.
Self-Drive Meeting Points: If self-driving, notify the supplier in advance and meet at:
Canungra: Tourist Information Centre, 12-14 Kidston St.
Nerang: Nerang Fair, 74-98 Beaudesert-Nerang Rd.
【Important Reminders】
Be On Time: Please wait at the designated location 10 minutes early. Look for the bus with the Hot Air Balloon logo. Present your voucher to board.
Communication: The driver is a local English speaker and will not call you. As this is a shared shuttle, please be patient if it is slightly late. If the bus is more than 15 minutes late, call the 24-hour emergency line: 0740 399900.
No-Show Policy: If you miss the bus due to lateness, it will be treated as a voluntary forfeit with no refund.
Weather Policy: All bookings are weather-dependent. In case of bad weather, your booking will be rescheduled.
【Passenger Policy】
Age Requirements: Children aged 3-12 are charged at adult rates.
Flight Rules: Must be at least 3 years old to fly. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the basket. Teens (13-17) may fly solo but require adult supervision for ground components (e.g., transfers).
Infants: Infants under 2 may travel but cannot fly; they must be supervised by an adult on the ground at all times (staff cannot provide childcare).
Late Arrival: Any participant failing to join the tour due to personal lateness will be considered a voluntary forfeit. No rescheduling or refunds will be granted.
【Health & Safety Restrictions】
Pregnancy: Flying is prohibited for women over 13 weeks (3 months) pregnant. Those under 13 weeks should consult a physician.
Diving: Passengers who dived within 24 hours of the flight must consult a certified instructor regarding flight safety.
Impairment: Any passenger whose judgment is impaired by alcohol or medication will not be permitted to fly.
Safety Gear & Luggage: Due to weight and safety limits, handbags, large bags, backpacks, and lighters are not allowed in the basket and must remain on the bus.
Devices: Phones and cameras are allowed; however, phones must be set to Flight Mode.
【Dress Code & Gear】
Clothing: Long pants and flat shoes are recommended. No high heels, flip-flops, or skirts. Avoid wearing white.
Seasonal Tips: It is cool at dawn; bring a jacket. From April to October (Winter), warm clothing is essential. In other months, the heat from the burner provides sufficient warmth.
Essentials: Bring a hat, sunglasses, and a fully charged camera.

Photography: Digital photos are provided for every flight unless a camera malfunction occurs (no compensation provided for equipment failure).
Extended Tours: Guests heading to a marina after the balloon tour should bring personal items (swimwear, towels, sunscreen, etc.).
【Cancellation Policy】
4 days or more before departure: Full refund (0% loss).
0-3 days before departure: Non-refundable (100% loss of order amount).
