1. Packages & Duration
Field of Light Pass: Total ~2h 15m (1h 15m viewing). Three departures nightly (30, 75, or 120 mins after sunset).
Starpass (Sunset + Field of Light): Total ~2h 30m (1h 30m viewing). Departs 30 mins before sunset.
A Night at Field of Light: Total ~4h 30m, including dinner and the exhibition.
2. Age Policy
Basic Pass: Infants (0-1) free; Children (2-15).
Starpass: Minimum age 5; Children (5-15).

Reconfirmation: For Starpass guests, please reconfirm pickup details at the hotel front desk before departure.

A 15% administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations or amendments made after booking confirmation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed within 7–28 business days.
A cancellation request is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us during our business operating hours.

Should you choose not to proceed with the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
