Close Encounters: Hand-feed kangaroos and experience wild rainbow lorikeets landing on your shoulders and arms.

■ Koala Photo Package Details
Includes: One professional printed photo.
Format: Can be a solo portrait or a group photo where only one person holds the koala.
Requirement: Please arrive at the photo area 30 minutes prior to your confirmed session time.
■ Important Koala Holding Guidelines
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 12 years old and 140 cm tall.
Final Discretion: Staff members will make the final decision on whether a guest can safely hold a koala based on both guest and animal welfare on the day.
Alternative Option: If holding is not permitted, guests can still take a photo next to a koala sitting on a branch, where they may pet its back.
Form of Interaction: The Sanctuary reserves the right to change the photo format at any time (e.g., staff-assisted hold or side-by-side photo) to ensure safety and welfare.
■ How to Use
Entry Voucher: Upon successful booking, an electronic confirmation (Voucher) will be emailed to you. No printing is required; simply present the digital voucher on your mobile device at the entrance.
Koala Photography: If you purchased the Koala Photo add-on, you will receive a separate photo voucher at the entrance.

■ Passenger Categories
Adult: Ages 14 and above.
Child: Ages 3-13 (inclusive). Must be accompanied by an adult; cannot be purchased separately.
Infant: Ages 0-2. One infant per paying adult is free, but an infant ticket must still be booked. Please present the infant’s passport or ID at entry.
■ Important Tips
Entry Suggestion: Please enter at least 1 hour before closing. We recommend obtaining a park guide upon entry to check show schedules.
Ticket Validity: Digital tickets are valid for one-time use only. Includes general admission only; excluded are food, photography, TreeTop Challenge, or paid activities.

On-site Assistance: If you encounter issues, contact International Guest Service staff before leaving. No claims can be processed after you depart the sanctuary.
■ Koala Interaction (Holding/Petting) Guidelines
Eligibility: Must be 12 years+ and 140cm+ in height.
Safety Protocol: Staff reserve the final right to refuse interaction for the safety of animals and guests. This includes (but is not limited to):
Failure to follow keeper instructions or inability to hold the koala independently.
Showing fear or making sudden movements that distress the koala.
Either the guest or the koala being deemed unfit for interaction on the day.
Alternative Format: If holding/petting is deemed unsuitable, an alternative photo format (e.g., standing next to the koala on a perch) will be provided. No refunds will be issued for format changes.
■ Cancellation Policy
0-2 days prior to departure: Cancellation will incur a 100% loss of the total booking amount.
3 days or more prior to departure: Full refund available (0% loss).
■ Disclaimer
Confirmation Notice: Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent. It contains essential details and participation guidelines. Please read it carefully. Failure to provide feedback will be deemed as acknowledgment and acceptance of all information provided therein.
Agency Role: We act as an intermediary booking agent and are only responsible for the reservation process of travel products.
Safety & Insurance: Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies, etc.) are directly responsible for the quality, service, and safety of their products. We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance. We are not liable for any safety issues related to the booked products.
Accident Assistance: In the event of an accident without travel insurance, our role is limited to providing assistance; no liability for compensation will be accepted.
Supplier Cancellations: If a booking is forced to cancel due to the supplier’s reasons, we will provide a full refund of the affected booking. No additional compensation will be provided.
Coordination: We will endeavor to assist guests in communicating and negotiating solutions with the travel product suppliers.
