2. Itinerary Overview (Reference Only)

09:00 – 09:30: Pick-up and departure.
≈11:00: Arrive at Sheffield, the Mural Town, to soak in the artistic vibes.
≈12:30: Arrive at Cradle Mountain National Park. Lunch at your own expense (limited cafe/quick-bite options available in the park).
Afternoon: Free time for exploration. Choose between the easy Dove Lake Circuit or advanced lookout trails.
15:15: Depart the National Park.
End of Tour: Return to Launceston.

Tour Transporation

Main Transport: Comfortable air-conditioned tour vehicle with Launceston CBD hotel transfers.
National Park Shuttle:
- Route: Visitor Centre ↔ Dove Lake.
- Duration: Approx. 20 minutes one-way.
- Usage: Hop-on, hop-off at designated stops throughout the park.
- Key Stops:
  - Visitor Centre: Park entrance, parking, and ticketing.
  - Interpretation Centre: Access to the Enchanted Walk.
  - Snake Hill: Access to the Marion’s Lookout track.
  - Ronny Creek: Start of the Overland Track and prime Wombat viewing area.
  - Dove Lake: The terminus and iconic photography spot.

Things to Note

Weather: Alpine weather is unpredictable. Please dress in layers and bring a waterproof jacket, warm hat, gloves, and sturdy hiking shoes with good grip.
Operational Changes: Park routes and shuttle policies may change due to seasons or crowd control. If snow or road closures occur, the itinerary will be adjusted to lower-altitude trails or alternative sights.
Eco-Tourism: Please follow wildlife protection and trail etiquette. Do not feed wildlife, stay on marked paths, and practice “Leave No Trace” principles.

Cancelation Policy

A 15% administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations or amendments made after booking confirmation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
Important Note: To cancel outside of this 7-day window, you must contact us via email no later than 2 working days prior to departure, based on your tour’s local departure time zone.
If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed within 7–28 business days.
A cancellation request is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us during our business operating hours.
Get Travel adheres to the cancellation policies set by each Tour Supplier and only charges cancellation fees where required by the supplier.
Get Travel does not impose any additional cancellation charges.
