Check-in: Please arrive at the site and present your electronic voucher to the staff.

Age Requirement: Children aged 7-12 years qualify for child pricing. This activity is not suitable for children under 7 years old.
Height & Weight Restrictions:
Children must be at least 7 years old and over 120 cm in height to fly.
The child rate applies only to passengers weighing 50 kg or less.
Health Requirements: Passengers must not have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months and must be physically capable of standing for 1 hour.
Meeting Time: Usually approx. 45 minutes before sunrise. The exact time is subject to the provider’s final confirmation.
Duration: The entire experience lasts about 4 hours, concluding around 10:00 AM after breakfast (times are approximate).
Dress Code: Please wear comfortable, enclosed shoes. It is recommended to bring a camera, hat, and sunglasses.
Communication: Please ensure international roaming is activated. You must contact the inquiry number on your confirmation voucher the day before your flight to confirm the exact meeting time.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Safety Brief: Flights are weather-dependent. For passenger safety, flights will be suspended in unsuitable conditions (e.g., strong winds, rain, or fog).
Solutions: You may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
Ticket Category Differences (Non-weather related):
Non-refundable Ticket: Can be rescheduled within 36 months; No refunds.
Refundable Ticket: Can be rescheduled within 36 months OR fully refunded.
User-Initiated Cancellation Fees:
0–72 hours before departure: Non-cancellable.
72 hours to 7 days before departure: $25 per person.
8 days or more before departure: $25 per booking.
Location Changes: Flights can be changed to Hunter Valley, Byron Bay, Mudgee, or Camden Valley (Handling fees may apply).
Accurate Declaration: Please provide the actual weight of each passenger when booking.
On-site Verification: The operator will re-weigh passengers at the site.
Non-compliance: If the actual weight differs from the booked weight by more than 10%, the operator reserves the right to refuse boarding without a refund.
Confirmation Voucher: Please read your confirmation carefully. Lack of feedback implies full awareness of all terms.
Agency Status: We are a booking agent. Service providers (attractions, hotels, etc.) are solely responsible for product quality and safety.

Provider Cancellations: If a provider cancels your booking, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
