📅 Reference Itinerary (Round-Trip Cruise Ride)
07:00 – 07:45: Boarding at the terminal.
08:00: Depart Cairns via air-conditioned catamaran for the Outer Reef.
09:30: Arrive at the Moore Reef Marine Base.
09:30 – 12:00: 2.5 hours of free exploration at Moore Reef (Snorkeling, Sunslide, fish feeding, etc.).
12:00: Re-board the vessel and depart for the island.
12:45: Arrive at Fitzroy Island.
12:45 – 13:30: Enjoy a Tropical Buffet Lunch in paradise.
13:30 – 15:30: 2.5 hours of free time on Fitzroy Island (Rainforest walks or beach relaxation).
15:30: Depart Fitzroy Island.
16:30: Arrive back at Cairns Marina.

📍 Meeting Instructions
Meeting Location: Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence St, Cairns QLD 4870.
Check-in Process: Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure. Present your Electronic Voucher at the Sunlover Counter to exchange for boarding passes.
Note: Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth boarding process.
👶 Child & Infant Policy
Infants (0-3 years): Free of charge. Each paying adult can bring up to one infant for free. Please carry the infant’s passport for verification during boarding.
Children (4-15 years): Please purchase Child tickets.
Important: Child tickets cannot be purchased separately and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Health Restrictions: Guests with diabetes, hypertension, or cardiovascular diseases should book with caution. A medical questionnaire and professional training are required before diving.
Age Limit: Children under 12 cannot participate in Scuba Diving or Sea Walker.
Flying Interval: It is recommended not to fly within 12 hours after a single dive.
Cancellation Policy: Once booked, diving cannot be canceled due to personal health (e.g., colds, periods). If you fail to meet health requirements on the day, no refund will be issued, and the responsibility lies with the traveler.
Rentals: Lockers (approx. $5$ AUD) and prescription masks are available for rent on the platform; standard masks are free.
Essentials: Please bring sunscreen, towels, an underwater camera, and cash. Pro-camera rentals are available at the terminal.
Seasickness: Medication is available for purchase onboard. We suggest a light breakfast for those prone to motion sickness.
Cancel 0-3 days pre-departure: 100% penalty
Cancel 4+ days pre-departure: Full refund (0% loss)
Confirmation: The voucher contains essential info. Booking confirmation implies you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We are not liable for any safety issues.
