Cruise Out / Fly Back: Departure by cruise, return by helicopter.
Check-in: 08:45-09:45 AM at the Sunlover counter (Reef Fleet Terminal).
Return: Arrive at hangar at 16:10, shuttle back to terminal by 16:30.
Fly Out / Cruise Back: Departure by helicopter, return by cruise.
Check-in: 10:50 AM at the Sunlover counter (Reef Fleet Terminal).
Transfer: 11:00 AM complimentary shuttle to Zoom Helicopters.
Fly Out / Fly Back: Return helicopter flights.
Check-in: 10:50 AM at the Sunlover counter (Reef Fleet Terminal).
Return: Back at hangar at 16:10, shuttle to terminal by 16:30.

【Important Notice】
Check-in: Please present your Electronic Voucher on the day of the tour.
Late Arrival: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
Transfers: Transfers are only provided between the Reef Fleet Terminal and the Zoom Helicopter hangar. (Return transfers to your accommodation must be self-arranged).
Location: Sunlover Cruises Counter, Reef Fleet Terminal (Marlin Marina, 1 Spence Street, Cairns).
Check-in Window: 08:45 AM – 09:45 AM (Please arrive at least 60 minutes early).
Requirement: You must collect your Boarding Pass at the counter. Entry will be denied without a Sunlover-issued boarding pass.
Cut-off Time: Passengers failing to check in by 09:45 AM will miss the final boarding.
Option A: Shuttle from Reef Fleet Terminal (Recommended)
Check-in: Report to the Sunlover counter by 10:50 AM.
Departure: Shuttle departs for the Zoom hangar at 11:00 AM.
Option B: Self-arrival at Zoom Helicopters Office
Address: 21 Bush Pilots Ave, General Aviation, Cairns Airport.
Check-in: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior (by 11:15 AM).
Take-off: Helicopter departs at 11:45 AM.
【Helicopter Weight Restrictions】
Weight Limit: Maximum single seat capacity/payload is 120kg.
Policy: Accurate weights must be provided at the time of booking. If a passenger’s weight exceeds the limit or varies by more than 10% upon weigh-in at check-in, Zoom Helicopters reserves the right to refuse boarding and charge a 100% cancellation fee.

【Booking & Itinerary Policies】
Departure: The cruise departs strictly at 10:00 AM. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and are non-refundable.
Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. If unavailable, we will contact you for an alternative or a full refund.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued if the semi-submersible or glass-bottom boat tours are canceled due to weather or other unforeseen factors.
【Health & Safety Requirements】
Medical Conditions: All divers must complete a Queensland Health Questionnaire. Divers over 65 or those with pre-existing conditions (e.g., asthma, heart disease, diabetes, or certain prescriptions) require a diving medical certificate.
Age Limits: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for scuba diving and helmet diving is 12 years.
Flying after Diving: It is recommended not to fly within 12 hours of diving.
No Smoking: Sunlover Cruises maintains a strict smoke-free environment on all vessels and pontoons.
【What to Bring & Facilities】
Packing List: Swimwear, beach towel, sunscreen (SPF 30+), protective clothing (sun-shirt), hat, sunglasses, and a camera.
Helicopter Baggage: Carry-on luggage is included in the total weight limit; please pack light.
Onboard Facilities: Locker rentals, freshwater showers, and changing rooms are available on the pontoon. Professional underwater cameras are for rent at the terminal; seasickness medication is available for purchase on the boat.
Dietary Requests: Please inform us in advance of allergies (seafood, nuts, garlic/onions). Same-day arrangements cannot be made.
