Cancellation 8 days or more before departure: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
Cancellation within 0 – 7 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee).
Accuracy Required: Please provide accurate weight. A variance exceeding 10% may result in extra charges or booking cancellation.
Single Seat Limit: Maximum weight per helicopter seat is 130kg. Passengers exceeding this limit must purchase an extra seat (50% of market fare), payable on the day of travel.
Infants (0-2 years): Free of charge. One infant per paying adult (no seat). Please carry the infant’s passport for verification. Helicopter spots are subject to final confirmation.
Children & Adults:
Flight Packages: Ages 3 and above are charged at adult rates.
Cruise/Cruise + 10-min Flight: Ages 3-14 are charged at child rates (must be accompanied by an adult).
Transfers: 0-3 yrs Free; 4-14 yrs Child rate.
Minors: Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and carry a passport.
Age Limit: Scuba diving and Sea Walker are restricted to guests aged 12+.
Health Requirements: Guests aged 65+ must provide a medical certificate for diving. Not suitable for those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or flu symptoms.
Flying Interval: No diving within 12 hours prior to high-altitude flying.
No Refund Policy: No refunds for on-day cancellations due to personal health (e.g., periods, colds) once the dive booking is confirmed.
Confirmation: Bookings require secondary confirmation. If full, a refund or alternative will be offered. Prices may rise during the Lunar New Year.
Checklist: Recommended items include camera, swimwear, towel, hat, and sunscreen.
Force Majeure: Full refund for total cancellations due to uncontrollable factors. No refunds for partial cancellations, delays, or rescheduling caused by force majeure.
Wildlife: Sightings are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund.
Agency Role: We act as an agent; suppliers are responsible for safety and service. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Personal Belongings: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
