General: Adult price for ages 15+; Child price for ages 4-14.
Helicopter Packages: Adult price for 15+; Child price for ages 3-14.
Infants: One infant (0-3 yrs; 0-2 yrs for flights) per adult travels free. Passport required. Helicopter infant spots are subject to final confirmation (limit 1 per flight).
Health Restrictions: Guests with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, or colds should exercise caution for underwater activities.
Underwater Limits: Minimum age for diving/seawalking is 12. Please read the Health Waiver carefully. No refunds for on-day cancellations due to personal health (e.g., colds, periods).
Weight Limit: Maximum weight per helicopter seat is 130kg. Guests exceeding this must pay a 50% surcharge for an extra seat on-site.
Availability: Bookings require secondary confirmation. If unavailable, a full refund or alternative will be offered.

No-Show: No refunds for missed trips due to personal reasons/lateness.
