Guide Notification & Meeting
Your guide will send a text message (SMS) one day before departure to confirm the pick-up time for your selected location.
Please ensure you provide a valid Australian mobile number during booking.
Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes early.
Pick-up Point Recommendations
Major 4-5 star hotels usually have dedicated tour bus zones, making the boarding process smoother.
If you are staying at an Apartment, Airbnb, 3-star hotel, motel, or backpacker hostel, it is recommended to choose a nearby 4-5 star hotel as your pick-up location.
Attire Advice:
All itineraries involve walking portions; wearing comfortable walking shoes is highly recommended.
Luggage Restrictions:
There is no luggage space available on the tour vehicle.
Large bags, strollers, and other bulky items cannot be brought on the tour. Please leave them at your hotel or accommodation.
Weather Conditions:
Tours operate in almost all weather conditions.
Please ignore local weather forecasts for the Gold Coast on your phone. Depending on the tour, we may travel through up to 4 different weather zones.
If we deem conditions unsafe or unsuitable, we will notify you of the cancellation and provide options.
Minimum Group Size:
This tour requires a minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met, a reschedule or refund will be offered.
Itinerary Flexibility:
The guide reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions based on actual conditions; however, all listed content will be covered.
Flight Delays:
We assume no responsibility and offer no refunds if you miss part or all of the tour due to flight delays or cancellations.
Airport Drop-off:
Complimentary Service: Airport drop-off is available after the tour at no extra cost.
Flight Suggestion: It is recommended to book flights departing after 18:30.
Unified Scheduling: Drop-offs are arranged collectively at the end of the tour and cannot be customized for individual flight times.
Cancellation 0-4 days prior to departure: 100% of order amount loss.
Cancellation 5-14 days prior to departure: 50% of order amount loss.
Cancellation 15 days or more prior to departure: Full refund (0% loss).
Booking Confirmation:
A confirmation voucher will be sent upon successful booking. Please read all information and precautions carefully.
Lack of feedback will be deemed as having read and understood all information provided.
Agency Status:
We act solely as an intermediary booking agent.
Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies) are directly responsible for quality, service, and safety.
Insurance Advice:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not liable for any safety issues related to the booked products.
In case of accidents without insurance, we will only assist in processing and hold no liability.
Supplier Cancellations:
If a booking is forced to be canceled due to supplier reasons, a full refund for that specific booking will be issued without additional compensation.
Personal Property:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour.
No liability is assumed for damage to luggage or valuables carried.
Health & Safety:
We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from a guest’s health condition.
Booking signifies acceptance of inherent risks; guests agree not to hold the company or employees liable for any loss or injury.
For high-risk activities (swimming, diving, etc.), please exercise caution based on weather and personal fitness.
Guests with medical conditions (heart disease, hypertension, etc.) should consult a doctor before participating.
Itinerary Changes:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours or adjust the itinerary sequence due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tour durations are approximate and may end early due to weather conditions.
Hotel Check-in:
Standard check-in in Australia is 13:00-15:00. Early check-in is not recommended and may incur additional fees payable directly to the hotel.
Wildlife Sightings:
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as they are natural and uncontrolled. No refunds will be issued for failure to see wildlife.
Guest Responsibilities:
No refunds for missed tours due to personal reasons or late arrivals.
Guests must ensure all provided information (flights, dates, codes, ages) is accurate and notify us immediately of any changes.
Policy Validity:
