Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 7 years old. This activity is not suitable for children under 7.
Child Policy: Children aged 7-12 are eligible for child rates (must meet: Height > 120cm AND Weight ≤ 50kg).
[Physical Requirements]
Medical Condition: Must NOT have undergone major surgery in the last 6 months.
Physical Stamina: Must be in good health and able to stand for 1 hour during the flight.
Weight Declaration: Please provide accurate weights for all passengers. On-site weighing will be conducted. If the actual weight differs by more than 10% from the booking, the provider reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.

Communication: Please ensure international roaming is active. You must contact the provider using the number on your voucher the day before the flight to confirm the exact meeting time.
Meeting Time: Generally 45 minutes before sunrise (subject to final confirmation).
Duration: Total experience is approx. 4 hours; concludes around 10:00 AM after breakfast (estimated).
What to Wear: Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes. Cameras, hats, and sunglasses are recommended.
[Weather Conditions]
Flight operations depend on weather (e.g., strong winds, rain, fog). For safety reasons, flights may be suspended. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule.
1. Ticket Types (Weather-related Cancellations):
Non-Refundable Ticket: If the flight is cancelled due to weather, you can reschedule within 36 months. No refunds will be issued.
Refundable Ticket: If the flight is cancelled due to weather, you can reschedule within 36 months or request a full refund.
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
0 – 72 hours before departure: Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
72 hours to 7 days before departure: A fee of $25 per person applies.
8+ days before departure: A fee of $25 per booking applies.
3. Change of Location:
Both ticket types allow for location transfers to: Hunter Valley, Byron Bay, Mudgee, or Camden Valley.
Note: Subject to availability; service fees may apply depending on the situation.
