Arrival Time: On the day of the activity, please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance by your own means. You must present your electronic voucher to participate.
Lateness Policy: If you are unable to participate due to personal lateness, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.

Passenger Information
Children: Ages 6–12 must be accompanied by an adult. Those aged 13 and above are required to book an adult ticket.
Height Requirement: For safety reasons, children must be tall enough (at least 1.2m) to see over the edge of the basket without any assistance or standing on objects.
Reminders
Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals due to personal reasons will be considered a “no-show,” and no refunds will be issued.
Weather Policy: Passenger safety is our top priority. The company reserves the right to cancel flights due to weather conditions. If a flight is canceled, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Weight Accuracy: To ensure flight quality, please provide your accurate weight when booking. Additional fees may apply if the weight exceeds the standard limit.
Dress Code: Dress comfortably according to the season. Wear hats and gloves in winter. Open-toed shoes or high heels are prohibited. Avoid wearing light-colored clothing as it may get dirty.
Cash: It is recommended to bring some cash if you wish to purchase a photo CD on-site.

Cancellation 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation 15 days or more prior to departure: Full refund (0% loss of the booking amount).
Confirmation Voucher: A confirmation voucher containing essential details and precautions will be sent upon successful booking. Please read it carefully. If no feedback is received, it is deemed that you have read and understood all information provided.

Agency Role: We act solely as an intermediary agency responsible for booking travel products on behalf of tourists.
Safety & Insurance: Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies, etc.) are directly responsible for product quality, service, and safety. We are not liable for any safety issues. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. In the event of an accident without insurance, we will only provide assistance in handling the matter.
Supplier Variations:
Force Majeure: For marine products (including cruises, whale watching, etc.), suppliers reserve the right to substitute vessels or alter itineraries, schedules, routes, and/or destinations due to weather or safety concerns.
Cancellations: If a trip is cancelled due to weather or safety, we are not responsible for any resulting losses or expenses unless otherwise specified.
Compensation Limit: If a booking is cancelled due to the supplier’s fault, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount but no additional compensation. We will endeavor to assist tourists in communicating with suppliers for a resolution.
