1. Group Size: Daily departure. If the minimum number of participants is not met 3 days before the departure date, we will contact you for a refund or to reschedule.
2. Our agency reserves the right of final interpretation for any itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations caused by vehicle breakdown, strikes, accidents, weather, or other force majeure factors.

1. Follow Instructions: When participating in activities, strictly follow the instructions from the venue or staff. Fully understand the project risks, wear required safety gear, and refrain from any dangerous behavior during the activity.
2. Orderly Conduct: Please follow the arrangements during waiting, queuing, or seating. Maintain order and leave sufficient safe space to avoid accidents such as crushing, strains, falls, or drowning caused by crowding or pushing.
3. Health Restrictions: Certain high-risk activities have strict physical health requirements. Do not conceal any medical history and avoid participating blindly.
Free Cancellation: Enjoy free changes or cancellations up to 3 days prior to your departure date.
Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 3 days of departure (including the 3rd day), 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Personal Circumstances: Cancellations or no-shows due to personal reasons (e.g., itinerary changes, health issues, etc.) will be processed according to the policy above.
Punctuality & Transportation: No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival. Should you require alternative transportation, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.
