01:30 PM | Whispering Wall Adventure
Activity: Visit the Whispering Wall. Experience its incredible acoustic phenomenon where whispers carry across the wall—similar to the Echo Wall in Beijing.
02:30 PM | Château Yaldara Castle Tour
Venue: Château Yaldara (1847 Wines), a stunning century-old castle that witnessed the Barossa’s glorious history.
Activity: Explore the historic cellar ruins and taste their unique signature wines.
Optional Cost: Tour & Tasting $25/pp.
03:30 PM | Seppeltsfield Arts & Lifestyle
Venue: Seppeltsfield Winery. Stroll along the famous Avenue of Palms and admire historic architecture.
Leisure: Browse the Jam Factory Art Gallery or Vasse Virgin skincare shop.
Experience: Join a tasting of the flagship vintage Tawny/Port.

06:00 PM | Tour Conclusion
Drop-off at city hotels or Adelaide Central Bus Station.
Confirmation Voucher: Please check your email after booking. You must bring the voucher on the day of the tour and verify its details.
Punctuality: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. To respect other passengers, the tour will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals are considered “no-shows” and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Transfers:
09:00 AM: Complimentary pick-up from Adelaide city hotels.
Meeting Point: Guests outside the pick-up area must meet at the Adelaide Central Bus Station.
Return: Approximately 06:00 PM drop-off at city hotels or the Adelaide Central Bus Station.
Force Majeure: In the event of uncontrollable factors (weather, strikes, flight delays, road conditions, etc.), we reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or replace any part of the itinerary. Extra costs incurred are not the company’s responsibility.
Optional Activities: Please pay cash to the guide upon boarding for optional entry tickets. For items requiring pre-booking, our staff will contact you for advance payment.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time. The tour will not wait for latecomers; no-shows are considered a waiver of service with no refunds or rescheduling. Mid-tour changes will incur extra fees.
Safety & Insurance: Liability for safety and property lies with the transport, hotel, and attraction providers. We are not liable for any loss or injury. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 0–10 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount will be charged.
Cancellation 11 days or more before departure: Full refund (0% loss of order amount).
Disclaimer
Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent. Please read all essential information regarding the booking and participation notes. Lack of feedback will be deemed as having read and understood all information.
Agency Status: We act as an intermediary agency and are only responsible for booking travel products on behalf of tourists.
Insurance & Liability: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies, etc.) are directly responsible for product quality, service, and safety. We are not liable for safety issues; if an accident occurs without insurance, we will only provide assistance.
Supplier Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled due to the supplier, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation. We will assist in negotiating solutions with the supplier.
Hotel Accommodation: Check-in time for Australian hotels is generally 13:00–15:00. Early check-in is not recommended and may incur additional fees payable directly to the hotel.
Property & Risks: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours if conditions do not permit (alternative options will be provided if possible). Tourists must ensure all information (flights, dates, ages, etc.) is correct.
Health & Safety: We assume no responsibility for loss of luggage, illness, injury, or death. Booking constitutes acceptance of all risks and waives the right to hold the company or its staff liable. For high-risk activities (diving, skydiving, etc.), please participate according to your physical limits.
Wildlife: Wildlife mentioned in the itinerary is wild and free-roaming. Sightings are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for not seeing animals.
General: No refunds for missed tours due to personal reasons. Tour durations are approximate and may end early due to weather. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary order due to weather or traffic.
Policy Changes: Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Completing a booking implies agreement to all the above terms.
