06:45 AM: Depart for Cape Jervis (approx. 1.5-hour drive).
Scenery: Enjoy the scenic Fleurieu Peninsula countryside and coastal views.
08:30 AM: Check-in at the terminal. Please be ready 30 mins before boarding.
09:00 AM: Ferry departs for Kangaroo Island (45-minute journey).
09:45 AM: Arrive at Penneshaw and meet your island guide.
11:30 AM: Seal Bay National Park
CN Tour: Boardwalk stroll to see Australian sea lions (Boardwalk entry included).
EN Tour: A guided beach walk for close-up sea lion encounters (Beach entry included).
12:15 – 12:30 PM: Lunch Break
CN Tour: Free time for lunch at the Visitor Centre (at own expense).
EN Tour: A 2-course lunch at Vivonne Bay (included, approx. 1 hour).
01:15 – 01:30 PM: Flinders Chase National Park
Highlights: Visit Remarkable Rocks, Admiral Arch, and spot wild fur seals.
04:00 – 05:00 PM: Afternoon Special Stops
CN Tour: Potential visit to Little Sahara (Optional sandboarding at $52/pp).
EN Tour: Visit Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park (entry included).
06:00 PM: Return to Penneshaw. Free time for dinner (own expense).
07:30 PM: Ferry departs Penneshaw (Check-in 30 mins prior is mandatory).
08:30 PM: Arrive at Cape Jervis and transfer back to Adelaide.
10:30 PM: Estimated drop-off at CBD Hotels or Adelaide Central Station.
1. Hotel Transfer Service (Exclusive to Chinese Speaking Tours)
Availability: Hotel pickup is available only for Chinese Speaking Tours at city hotels within the 5000 postcode area.
Important Note: If your hotel is inaccessible for parking, a nearby alternative pickup point will be assigned. Please refer to your final “Travel Notice” for details.
2. Meeting Time & Location
Meeting Time: 06:20 AM (Applies to both Chinese and English speaking tours).
Meeting Location: Designated Adelaide City Hotels or the Adelaide Central Bus Station.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Once the booking is confirmed, please check your email for the Confirmation Voucher and verify all details.
Please bring your voucher (digital or printed) on the day of your tour.
4. Punctuality Policy
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.
The tour departs promptly. Late arrivals will be treated as “no-shows” and are ineligible for refunds or rescheduling.
1. Booking & Group Size
Group Size:
Chinese Tour: Minimum 6 people, maximum 11 people.
English Tour: Maximum 40 people.
Special Period: From Sept 29 to Oct 5, Chinese tours for Kangaroo Island will use a 25-seater coach (no small groups).
Minimum Capacity: If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will contact you for a refund, rescheduling, or an equivalent package.
Optional Activities: For activities requiring pre-booking, our staff will contact you for payment. For on-site tickets, please pay cash to the guide upon boarding.
2. Punctuality & Changes
Strict Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes early. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Mid-trip Changes: Any voluntary changes to the itinerary after the tour has started will incur additional costs at the traveler’s expense.
3. Force Majeure (Weather, Strikes, Mechanical Failure, etc.)
Itinerary Adjustments: The company reserves the right to cancel, replace, or adjust the duration of the tour. Any additional expenses incurred are not the responsibility of the company.
Refund Policy under Force Majeure:
Costs for tickets and hotels already booked are non-refundable.
Vehicle Fees: If a tour is canceled mid-trip within 2 hours of use, a $50 AUD processing fee applies per person. If exceeds 2 hours, the full amount will be charged.
4. Safety & Insurance
Liability: Liability for travel safety lies with the respective transport companies, hotels, and attractions. We are not liable for loss of luggage, property, or personal injury/death.
Recommendation: Travelers are strongly advised to purchase their own Personal Travel Insurance.
Special Note: For Kangaroo Island, please strictly follow the guide’s schedule due to long travel times and ferry dependencies.

Cancellations & Refunds: Once confirmed, bookings are non-cancelable and strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
72+ hours before departure: One-time free rescheduling is permitted.
Within 72 hours of departure: No rescheduling is allowed.
Full Charges Apply: The full fee will be charged (no refund or rescheduling) in the following cases:
Cancellations made within 72 hours (inclusive) of departure.
Failure to show up on the departure date (No-show).
Leaving the tour earlier than the scheduled end time.
⚖️ Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure
1. Booking Confirmation
Duty to Read: Once the confirmation voucher is sent, you are deemed to have read and understood all instructions.
Accuracy of Info: Travelers are responsible for ensuring all details (flights, dates, ages, etc.) are correct. Please notify us immediately of any changes.
2. Nature of Agency & Liability
Agency Role: We act only as an intermediary booking agent. Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport) are directly responsible for quality, service, and safety.
Compensation: If a booking is forced to cancel due to the supplier, we will refund the full amount but offer no additional compensation.
Personal Property: We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during the tour.
3. Safety, Health & Insurance
Insurance Advice: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Without insurance, our role is limited to assisting in handling incidents without liability.
Health Warranty: Travelers accept that all activities involve inherent risks. Those with medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension) or under the influence of alcohol should participate with caution.
High-Risk Activities: For activities like swimming or skydiving, please assess your fitness and weather conditions before participating.
4. Accommodation & Itinerary
Hotel Check-in: Australian hotels generally check in between 13:00-15:00. Early check-in is subject to hotel policy and may incur extra fees.
Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify/cancel itineraries or change the sequence due to weather or traffic. No refunds for early tour conclusions due to weather.
Wildlife: Sightings of wild animals are not guaranteed. No refunds will be provided if wildlife is not seen.
5. Breach of Terms
No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to personal reasons (e.g., late arrival or no-show).
Final Agreement: Completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of all terms. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
