09:00 AM | Complimentary Adelaide City Hotel pick-up and city sightseeing.
10:00 AM | Arrive at Mt. Lofty Summit Lookout for panoramic city views.
10:30 AM | Cleland Wildlife Park (at own expense) OR Mt. Lofty Botanic Garden (Choose one).
12:30 PM | Arrive at Hahndorf German Village. Optional German Pork Knuckle & Beer lunch; follow by Strawberry picking at Beerenberg Farm (Nov–Apr only, at own expense).
02:00 PM | Visit Melba’s Chocolate Factory.
03:00 PM | Explore the National Motor Museum (at own expense).
04:00 PM | Visit the iconic Big Rocking Horse (Climb at own expense).
06:00 PM | Tour ends; drop-off at City Hotels or Adelaide Central Bus Station.

Punctuality: Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Transfers: Complimentary Adelaide city hotel pick-up. Drop-off at hotels or Adelaide Central Bus Station.

Force Majeure: In case of uncontrollable factors (weather, strikes, flight delays, road conditions, etc.), we reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or replace any itinerary items. Any resulting extra costs are not the responsibility of the company.
Optional Tickets: For optional attractions, please pay cash to the guide upon boarding.
Changes & Lateness: Any mid-tour changes will incur extra fees. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
Safety & Insurance: Liability for safety and property rests with the respective transport, hotel, and attraction providers. We are not liable for accidents or losses; we strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.
Group Size: If the minimum group size is not met, we reserve the right to offer a refund, rescheduling, or an equivalent package.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 0–10 days of departure: 100% of the total order amount will be charged.
Cancellation 11 days or more before departure: Full refund (0% loss).
2. Liability and Risk Disclaimer
Agency Status: We act only as an intermediary. Product quality, service, and safety are the direct responsibility of the suppliers (hotels, attractions, transport companies, etc.).
Safety & Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, nor for any illness, injury, or death resulting from the tourist’s health condition or participation in activities.
High-Risk Activities: Please participate in activities like diving or skydiving according to your physical limits. Guests with medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension) should follow medical advice and seek help immediately if feeling unwell.
3. Booking and Itinerary Notes
Confirmation: Upon issuance of the confirmation voucher, tourists are deemed to have read and accepted all notices. Tourists must ensure all provided info (flights, dates, ages) is accurate and notify us immediately of any changes.
Hotel Check-in: Australian hotels typically check in between 13:00 and 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra fees payable to the hotel.
Force Majeure & Changes: We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or cancel itineraries due to weather or traffic (alternatives will be offered where possible). If a supplier cancels, a full refund will be provided without additional compensation.
4. Special Provisions
Wildlife: Sightings are not guaranteed as animals are wild and free-roaming; no refunds will be issued for non-sightings.
Personal Reasons: No refunds for missed tours due to late arrival or personal subjective reasons.
Effectiveness: All tour durations are approximate. Terms are subject to change without notice; completing a booking constitutes agreement to all terms above.
