Pick-up: The guide will meet you at Adelaide Airport and transfer you to your hotel. This service is only available for flights arriving between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
Drop-off: It is recommended to book departing flights scheduled after 07:00 PM.

For locations outside the pick-up range, please meet at the Adelaide Central Bus Station.
Instructions & Punctuality:
Voucher: A confirmation voucher will be sent via email after booking. Please bring the voucher on the day of the tour.
Be On Time: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early. To be fair to other passengers, the tour will not wait for latecomers.
Policy: No-shows or late arrivals will be treated as a forfeiture of the tour; no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Pre-booking Tickets: For optional activities requiring advance booking, our team will contact you for payment. Availability cannot be guaranteed if not notified in advance.
Punctuality & Changes:
Be On Time: Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals or no-shows are considered a forfeiture; no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
Mid-tour Changes: Any requests to change the itinerary after the tour has started will incur additional costs and potential losses.
Force Majeure & Liability:
Uncontrollable Factors: In case of weather, strikes, flight delays, mechanical failure, or road conditions, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel parts of the tour. Extra expenses incurred are not the responsibility of the company.
Safety & Insurance: Safety liability rests with the insurance providers of the respective transport, hotels, and attractions. We strongly recommend purchasing personal overseas travel insurance.
Dispute Resolution: Property loss or personal injury claims will be resolved based on local safety regulations and ordinances.

11 days or more prior to departure: Full Refund (0% loss).
0–10 days prior to departure: 100% loss of the total booking amount (Non-refundable).
4-Day Tour (Hahndorf & Adelaide Hills – Kangaroo Island – Barossa):
Due to special resource allocations, this tour is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable once confirmed.
Supplementary Notes:
Kangaroo Island itineraries cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
No refunds for missing a tour or arriving late due to personal reasons.
Agency Status: We act as an intermediary agent only. Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies) are directly responsible for service quality and safety. We are not liable for any safety incidents.
Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If uninsured, we will only provide assistance within our capacity and will not be liable for financial compensation.
Health & Risk: Booking signifies acceptance of inherent travel risks. We are not liable for illness, injury, or death resulting from a guest’s health condition.
High-risk Activities: For activities like swimming or skydiving, please assess your fitness. Guests with medical conditions or under the influence should consult doctors and stop immediately if feeling unwell.
Supplier Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled by a supplier, we will refund the specific portion of the fee but offer no extra compensation.
Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to adjust, shorten, or cancel the tour due to weather or traffic conditions.
Wildlife: Sightings are not guaranteed as wildlife is free-roaming. No refunds will be issued for not seeing wildlife.
Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the tour.
Confirmation Voucher: The voucher sent after booking contains critical information. Failure to provide feedback constitutes acceptance of all terms.
Information Accuracy: Guests are responsible for providing correct flight details, dates, and ages.
Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Early check-in is not recommended and may incur extra fees payable directly to the hotel.
