Day 1: Arrival in Auckland

Day 2: Auckland – Waitomo – Hobbiton – Rotorua

- Details: Lunch at Hobbiton; arrive in Rotorua in the evening with an optional Polynesian Spa experience.

Day 3: Rotorua – Agrodome – Redwoods – Auckland

Recommended Flights:

- Departure: Flights departing Auckland after 16:00 on the last day (Hotel check-out is at 10:00).
Airport Transfers & Departure:
- Departure Date: This tour generally departs every Friday.
Note: Guests who miss the pick-up for any reason must arrange their own transport to the next stop and cover all subsequent costs.

Company Rights: All items in the itinerary are subject to actual conditions (e.g., force majeure). The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, final price, and sequence based on actual situations; no compensation will be provided for such adjustments.
Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 6 people is required for the tour to proceed.
Accommodation: Facilities in New Zealand are limited; hotels may be adjusted based on availability. Triple rooms default to “1 Double + 1 Small Bed.” Please request 3 separate beds in advance; we will try our best but cannot guarantee this.

Payment Method: A deposit of $200 per person is required upon booking; the remaining balance must be paid in full 3 weeks before departure.
Cancellation Rules:
- 14–30 working days prior to departure: Forfeiture of the full deposit ($200 per person).
- 7–14 working days prior to departure: A cancellation fee of $300 per person will be charged.
- Within 7 working days prior to departure: Non-refundable (100% of the total tour fee will be charged).
