International (T1): Exit the terminal and proceed to Bay 12 (opposite Rydges Airport Hotel). Do not wait inside the terminal.
Domestic (T2/T3): Meet at Bays 4 – 7 at the bend between the two terminals.
From T2 (Jetstar/Virgin): Exit $\rightarrow$ Turn left $\rightarrow$ Walk to the end $\rightarrow$ Cross the zebra crossing $\rightarrow$ Follow the white fence to the bend.
From T3 (Qantas): Exit $\rightarrow$ Turn right $\rightarrow$ Walk to the end of the hall at the bend.
Reconfirmation: You MUST call Sydney Super Shuttle 24 hours before departure to confirm your final pickup time.
Delays: If the shuttle is over 15 mins late, call the emergency number. Do not take a taxi without prior authorization.
Attraction Entry: Arrive 15 mins early at the Welcome Centre (Lower Level). Present your voucher at the Trade Desk to exchange for tickets before meeting your guide.
Storage: Store bags at the Box Office cloakroom; keep valuables with you.

Alternative Solutions: If no suitable substitute is available, we will contact you immediately to negotiate a solution and ensure your travel experience.

Finalized Status: All bookings (including guest count) are considered final 21 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation or change in headcount after this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
New Bookings: Bookings made within 21 days are subject to availability and are considered final at the time of booking.
Headcount: Final numbers must be confirmed at least 21 days in advance. Additional guests requested within 21 days are subject to availability.

Cancellation within 0-3 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 4 days or more prior to departure: Full refund.
[Booking Requirement]: Please book at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations are not permitted within 7 days. This product requires re-confirmation; once confirmed, no date changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
