Mandatory Confirmation: Call Sydney Super Shuttle 24 hours prior to confirm your final pickup time.
Delays: If the shuttle is more than 15 minutes late, call +61 2 9697 2322 or consult your hotel concierge immediately.
Strict Policy: DO NOT take a taxi without contacting the shuttle company first, or you may forfeit your refund/compensation.

Accommodation Guarantee: If the selected hotel is fully booked, we will arrange an upgrade or a substitute hotel of the same star rating and location. If no suitable substitute is available, we will contact you immediately to find a solution.

Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable and non-changeable. No cancellations, refunds, or date modifications are permitted once confirmed.
