Location: Check in at the Lower Concourse Welcome Centre.
Procedure: Take the escalator to the Foyer level and gather at Departure Point 9.
Transport: Approx. 9.4km from hotel to Opera House (15-20 mins by taxi).
Meeting Point: Lower Concourse Welcome Centre, Bennelong Point, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
Transport Reference: The hotel is approximately 9.4 km from the Sydney Opera House by taxi/rideshare.
Confirmation: Upon successful booking, an e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please verify all details.
Check-in & Ticket Exchange: On the day of the activity, please arrive at the Trade Desk (located next to the Welcome Centre in the Lower Concourse) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Present your e-voucher to exchange for tickets.
Wait for Guide: After exchanging your ticket, please wait at the designated area for your guide.
Cloakroom: If you need to store luggage or bags, please use the cloakroom at the Box Office. Please keep your valuables with you.
Check-in: From 14:00 (Check-in guests must be at least 18 years old).
Check-out: By 10:00.
Special Check-in Requirements: Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 10 days prior to arrival. Front desk staff will assist you upon arrival.
Notice: This eco-retreat is located inside Taronga Zoo Sydney. No pets are allowed.
Standard Occupancy: This 2D1N package is exclusively designed for a group of 2 Adults + 1 Child.
Child Age: Applicable for children aged 5-15 years (inclusive). If the child’s age falls outside this range, please contact customer service for price adjustment or package modification.
Booking Lead Time: Please book at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of departure.
Confirmation Policy: This product is subject to re-confirmation; the final confirmation letter shall prevail. Once confirmed, no date changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
Accommodation Guarantee: In the event of room unavailability, we will endeavor to provide an upgrade or a substitute hotel of the same star rating, location, and service standard. If no suitable alternative is available, we will contact you immediately to negotiate a solution and ensure your travel experience.

All bookings (including guest count) are considered final 21 days prior to the departure date.
Any cancellation or change in headcount after this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
New bookings within 21 days are subject to availability and are considered final upon booking.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 21 days in advance.

Confirmation Voucher: Please read the precautions on your voucher carefully. Failure to provide feedback will be deemed as full acknowledgment of all information provided.
Agency Role: We act solely as an intermediary booking agent.
Insurance & Liability: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport companies) are directly responsible for service quality and safety. We are not liable for any safety issues; for uninsured accidents, we provide administrative assistance only.
Supplier Cancellations: If a booking is forced to cancel due to supplier reasons, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount. No additional compensation will be provided, though we will assist in negotiating a resolution.
