Travel Voucher: You must bring your confirmation voucher on the day of the tour.
Transportation: Travel in a comfortable air-conditioned tour vehicle with Adelaide city hotel pick-up and drop-off included.
Meeting Point: Adelaide City Hotels or Adelaide Central Bus Station.
Punctuality: Out of respect for other passengers, please be at the pick-up point on time or early.
Late Arrivals: The tour will not wait for latecomers. Being late is considered a forfeiture, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
1. Group Size & Itinerary Adjustments
Group Bookings: If the minimum number of passengers is not met, the company reserves the right to provide a full refund, reschedule, or offer an equivalent package.
Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather, strikes, flight delays, or mechanical failure, the company reserves the right to cancel, replace, or adjust the itinerary. Any additional costs incurred are not the responsibility of the company.
Non-refundable Costs: If the tour cannot be completed due to force majeure, pre-paid entrance fees and hotel costs are non-refundable.
Vehicle Fees: If the tour is canceled/changed mid-way due to force majeure: $50 AUD/person fee applies if within 2 hours; full fare applies after 2 hours.
2. Punctuality & Participation
Late Arrivals: Please arrive early at the meeting point. The tour will not wait; latecomers are considered a “No Show” with no refund or rescheduling.
Changes: Any requested changes after the tour starts will incur additional fees.
3. Kangaroo Island Special Notes
Return Time: Due to weather and ferry availability, return to the city is estimated between 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
Flight Planning: Arriving guests should book flights for the day before; departing guests should book flights for the day after the tour ends.
Driver Authority: Due to the long distance, the driver/guide reserves the right to adjust or reduce the itinerary due to force majeure.
Peak Period Vehicle: From Sep 29th to Oct 5th, a 25-seater coach will be used for all Kangaroo Island routes (Small group service unavailable).
4. Fees & Liability
Optional Entries: Please pay the guide in cash for optional entrance fees upon boarding.
Liability: Safety responsibility lies with the respective transport, hotel, and attraction providers. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.
Loss/Injury: Any claims for property loss or injury will be handled according to the regulations of local authorities or providers.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refunds: Once confirmed, the itinerary cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling: One free rescheduling is permitted if requested more than 72 hours before the departure date.
Full Forfeiture: Cancellation within 72 hours (inclusive) of departure, no-shows, or early departures will incur a 100% fee and cannot be rescheduled.
2. Agency Role and Insurance
Agency Role: We act solely as a booking agent for travel products.
Liability: Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport) are directly responsible for service quality and safety. We are not liable for any safety issues.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If no insurance is held, our company will only assist with coordination.
3. Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure
Forced Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled due to supplier issues, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather or traffic. An alternative will be provided if possible.
Wildlife: Sightings of wild animals are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds.
4. Passenger Responsibilities and Health
Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
Health & Risk: Participants with medical conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.) should participate with caution.
Assumption of Risk: By booking, you accept all inherent risks and will not hold the company or its employees liable for any injury or loss.
5. Hotel Accommodation
Check-in Time: Standard check-in in Australia is between 01:00 PM – 03:00 PM.
Early Check-in: May incur additional fees payable directly to the hotel by the guest.
