1. Group Size & Optional Items
Group Requirements: If the minimum number of passengers is not met, we reserve the right to offer a full refund, reschedule, or provide an equivalent alternative.
Optional Bookings: For activities requiring advance booking, our team will contact you for pre-payment. For other optional entries, please pay in cash to the guide upon boarding.
2. Punctuality & Itinerary Changes
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time or early at the meeting point. The tour will not wait for latecomers. Being late is considered a forfeiture with no refund or rescheduling.
Mid-tour Changes: Any changes requested after the tour has started may incur additional fees or unnecessary losses.
3. Force Majeure & Liability
Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather, strikes, flight delays, or mechanical failure, we reserve the right to cancel, replace, or adjust the itinerary. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred.
Safety & Insurance: Responsibility for safety lies with the respective transport, hotel, and attraction providers. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.
Loss & Injury: Claims for property loss or personal injury will be resolved based on the safety regulations of the local providers.
4. Flight & Return Scheduling
Return Time: Due to ferry availability and weather, the Kangaroo Island 2-day tour usually returns to the city between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
Flight Arrangements: Please ensure you schedule your flights logically to avoid missing departures.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Non-refundable & Non-changeable: Once the booking is confirmed, it is strictly non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
No-Show: No refunds will be issued if the passenger misses the tour due to personal reasons or fails to arrive on time.
2. Booking Notes
Confirmation Voucher: Please read the voucher carefully as it contains essential information. Failure to provide feedback implies acceptance of all terms.
Agency Status: We act solely as a booking agent.
Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in time in Australia is 13:00-15:00. Early check-in may incur additional fees payable directly to the hotel.
Information Accuracy: Passengers must ensure all details (flights, dates, age) are correct and notify us immediately of any changes.
3. Safety and Liability
Provider Liability: Suppliers (attractions, hotels, transport) are directly responsible for safety and service quality. We are not liable for any safety issues.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We will only assist in coordinating emergencies for uninsured passengers.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items or valuables.
Health & Risk: Passengers with medical conditions participate at their own risk. By booking, you accept inherent risks and waive claims against the company for injury or loss.
4. Itinerary and Force Majeure
Forced Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled due to the supplier, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Wildlife: Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as they are beyond human control. No refunds will be issued for no-sightings.
Tour Duration: All durations are approximate and may be shortened due to weather conditions.
