Arrival Pickup (Auckland):
Scheduled Pickups: 15:00 and 18:00 (Subject to slight adjustments).
If missed (due to delays or scheduling), guests must arrange their own transport to the hotel.
Private Pickup Service: Approx. $200 per one-way trip (7-12 seater vehicle).
Inter-island Flight (Day 4):
The tour arrives at Auckland Airport around 17:00. Please book flights departing after 18:00.
Departure Drop-off (Christchurch):
Scheduled Drop-offs: 14:00 and 16:00.
Domestic Flights: Please book flights departing after 15:00.
International Flights: Please book flights departing after 17:00.
Price & Sequence: The company reserves the right to adjust the final price and the order of the itinerary due to seasonal changes, hotel/flight availability, local conditions, or other force majeure factors.
Accommodation: Due to limited facilities in New Zealand, the company may adjust hotels based on availability. Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed by default. If three separate single beds are required, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate this request but cannot guarantee it.
Cancellation and Amendment Fees:
14 to 30 working days before departure: $500 per person fee applies.
7 to 14 working days before departure: $600 per person fee applies.
Within 7 working days before departure: No refund of the total tour fee.
