    Tour Transporation

    • Departure Frequency: This tour generally departs every Friday.

    • Arrival (Auckland): Arrive anytime in the afternoon on Day 1 (Friday). Check-in after 14:00. Please take the Supper Shuttle to the hotel.

    • Inter-island Flight (AKL-CHC): Arrive at Auckland Airport by 13:30-14:00 on Day 4. Book a flight departing after 15:00.

    • Christchurch Pick-up: Two guided pick-ups are provided at 15:30 and 17:30.

    • Departure (Christchurch): On Day 10, airport drop-offs are scheduled for 14:00 and 16:00.

      • Domestic flights: Depart after 15:00;

      • International flights: Depart after 17:00.

    Things to Note

    • Amendments: The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary based on weather, pandemic measures, traffic, or flight changes. No compensation will be provided for such adjustments.

    • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust final prices due to seasonal changes, local situations, or Force Majeure.

    • Accommodation: Triple rooms in NZ usually consist of 1 Double bed + 1 Single bed. Requests for 3 separate beds will be prioritized but are not guaranteed.

    Cancelation Policy

    • Deposit: A $600 deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 weeks before departure.

    • Cancellation Fees:

      • 14-30 business days before departure: $500 per person;

      • 7-14 business days before departure: $600 per person;

      • Within 7 business days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee).
